I called trying to get a copy of my parents marriage certificate, they tracked it down and mailed it out to me the same day! Super helpful and friendly!!

The clerk and staff do a spectacular job assisting our office in getting and filing pleadings. Nice Job.

But 4 months ago they hired a new girl.
Shes nice and understanding. Without her... This would be a 1.

Ronald Schafer TEXTED on his phone the entire duration of my custody hearing (even while people were testifying) and informed my lawyer he had made a decision before the trial had started therefore denying my right to due process. Ronald is very unprofessional and should be removed from the bench. Someone on my side (who went to great Length to prevent me from figuring out who it was) stealthily recorded the judge doing this. I will be making those videos public to the media soon so the people of this county can see exactly how the Kangaroo judge conducts himself in court.

When I moved in with my X wife I sold my home and put roughly 40,000$ into remodeling hers during the time I was there. I had pictures of all updates and improvements. Prior to an appraisal being done for divorce purposes she destroyed the house to lower the value. She showed the kangaroo judge a fictitious appraisal for only 228,000$. The house was worth roughly 300,000. Roughly 1 month after the custody hearing the Kangaroo judge sat down with our lawyers on the settlement portion of the divorce. He said I get nothing!!! ZERO!!!! He said I added no value to the house and that I was to assume the 37,000 in credit card, and tax debt. He also stuck me with 16,000 in medical debt acquired during the marriage. He told my lawyer that he can run the hearing but nothing I showed him would change his mind. So once again the KANGAROO COURT judge denied my right to a fair hearing! I had rock solid evidence of what she did but Ronald didn’t care and was hell bent on denying me the right to a fair hearing. He said you get nothing except the debt, your wife gets everything!!Ronald Kangaroo Schafer bankrupted me and allowed Danielle to embezzle almost 40,000 dollars out of me. The moment the divorce was final she put the house back together exactly the way I had it, listed the house for 300,000 and sold it for almost that amount. Ronald Schaffer did all of this to hurt me because he had a personal vendetta and score to settle with me. He is a piece of trash who has no business being on the bench, Ronald believes he is a God who can deny people the right to due process. But I am going to show the public what he’s done and the videos of him playing on his phone during trial while people where testifying. Danielle told Judge Schaeffer that every update I did was garbage and lowered the value. However the real estate listing from one week after the divorce was final says otherwise.

ALL I WANTED WAS A FAIR HEARING. The kangaroo judge denied this to me. During both portions of this divorce he reached a decision judging against me before the trial even started.

Wish I could say this court does there Job appreciately but they do not they look out for criminals and domestic issues are passed along not dealt with accordingly this county should start a class action lawsuit for the good people that have been downed on

All that came from my trial is that it showed my children that were involved that you can lie to the judge and steal from someone an get away with it. Court never looked at the evidence but ended trial with something like this case the court can learn from. Well my kids definitely did. How the court system is so unfair.my son spent hours putting videos an pictures together for the judge an she never looked at them. Total waste of time an money.
