Ocean City Restaurant

Ok so i like to eat if you can't tell by my 500+ food reviews and a lot of people ask where is the best Chinese food in Oakland county and I always say it's right here at ocean city. The portions are huge big enough for two people. My personal favorite is the sweet and sour chicken. The dinner rolls you get when you dine in are absolutely the best thing. Super friendly staff and service is quick. Take out or dine in you can never go wrong with ocean city. Lots of parking available and there was a seat available as well.

Hands down the best Chinese food around. Wonton and Hot/sour soups are delicious. One of the few places that adds ground peanuts on the Almond Chicken (a definite plus). Best egg rolls! Take-out orders always accurate.

I get take out at Ocean City around once a month for a friend dinner, and we are very pleased. The chicken and broccoli has super tender chicken and tender-crisp broccoli. The sweet-and-sour-shrimp is large, with excellent sauce. Well-stuffed and crispy egg rolls. Great price, generous portions, and careful cooking - kudos! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I have been enjoying Ocean City for more than 20 years. I'm glad they made it through the pandemic. Whenever I'm near there, I make an order

Good food. Good service. Phone manners a bit abrupt but other than that they were awesome!

Great food, great price & relatively fast service. I've never had bad food or bad experiences with Ocean City!

I don't think it's open for dining in anymore. But, carry-out is fast. Staff is friendly and efficient. There's always a short line when I pick up my order but it goes quick and almost always end up conversation with other patrons in line about the great food, the weather or some other positive type of small talk. We order dinner from ocean City at least twice a month and it's still a family fav! 😊

We go here very often love love loooovvvveee the food. Great portions. You will NEVER leave hungry. Way awesome staff

Seasonal traveler to the area, but this is one of my favorite place. I mostly carry out, but I do dine in once in a blue moon. I enjoy the simple decor. Plenty of parking. The restaurant is clean. I recommend trying this place out.

The Almond Boneless Chicken and Won Ton Soup are the best!

My favorite place to eat when I was growing up. Still is. I love their shrimp and ribs dinner.

The veg fried rice is simply to eat amazing flavors the spicy version is extremely good!👍🏻

I've been going to Ocean City since it opened. Helen and Tina watched my daughter grow up! The food is always delicious and there's always enough for another meal. I moved about 40 minutes away, but I still go to Ocean City. I was so happy when they reopened the dining room after the pandemic.

Great food employees were very friendly and helpful and prices are good we will eat here again

I have been going to this place since 1986, the food is fantastic 😋, the price is reasonable, and the quantity is exceptional.
I am so glad they opened back up for dine-in post covid. (My favorite, sizzling emperor beef).

I have been going to Ocean City for 34 years. It’s the best Chinese food in Michigan. If you love almond boneless chicken it’s the best but there’s many other great dishes at a very reasonable price. My only wish is that they were a little nicer especially to their loyal customers. Also I really wish they would open their dining room. It’s just not the same when you carry out.
