Not sure how I go about writing a “new” review for Kozy Oaks Kampground but here it goes. Once again I want to thank Doug and the other folks he has working for him at Kozy Oaks for wonderful stay. This RV park in North Branch MN is a gem. It is close to Forest Lake where our daughter lives and is super convenient to Minneapolis and other areas. Doug is an awesome owner and he made sure that we were very comfortable. We have a 40 foot fifth wheel trailer and he gave us a nice pull through spot with plenty of trees. He also changed out our picnic table for a brand new one right after we got there. Great neighbors to the left and right of us made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool area is really well-maintained, so is the putt putt course and horseshoe area. Super nice game room and everything you need to keep the grandkids happy :-)
Thanks again Doug, will see you again next summer!

My brother and I finally made it here. Doug is our cousin and I am so proud of him. He followed his dream. It was great seeing him and my Uncle. Hope to get some friends up here next year.

Recently went to the Kozy Oaks Kamp ground with a big group. Our group was a mix of hardcore campers, and noncampers. This was perfect for some outdoor fun, with not being in the wilderness. We had with us 8 kids ranging in age from 10 years old to 3 years old. The swimming pool and miniature golf was a great time for all of them. The swimming pool and bathroom/changing room were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family use to take us to this campgrounds when we were younger so it was nice to see it was still running. I think we will have many more trips planned in the future their for our group.

Went to Kozy Oaks for the first time last week. It's a very clean campground with very large camper sites. Most are annual rental sites but they have short term/ weekend sites available as well. The grounds have a store, game room, pool, race car track, pond for canoeing or kayaking. The people I met there were all very nice and welcoming. Can't wait to go back again!

Great spot close to the cities. Love the "old school" campground feel with a central pool, game room, and spots to get snacks. The county park attached is a great spot to take the dog for a walk. We will be back!

It's like going home. All the people are so friendly. There is always something to do from mini golf to swim even on RC track. They have thought of everything.

I used to go here as a kid for the pool it was always fun. Well 20 something years later i gotta say this would probably be a great place to camp out. Its a big RV park next to a nice boardwalk park. Fun little 6 foot deep pool with a 3 foot area, arcade room with a pool table, pinball, and air hockey, and they renovated the mini golf course! 3 bucks to swim, not bad!

We came here for a long weekend and wish we had more time to stay. Nice experience. We have a 45 ft class A and had a great site, full hook ups, nice level grassy site. So quiet and peaceful. Wonderful family atmosphere with plenty of things to do for kids of all ages. Real good old fashion campground. We will certainly have this on our list for returning.

If you're looking for shady, quiet, and peaceful, look no more! This place has a lake, a pool, clean bathhouse. It has a store, fire pit, picnic tables. It does not have sewer, but they actually go around and drain your tanks! It does have 50 amp and the water is great. The gentleman that runsbit waited up for us and helped my husband get to and get in our spot and get level, I didn't even have to get out of the truck! There are a good bit of full timers, but so neat and clean. If I ever come back to this area I'll definitely stay again.

This is everything you want in an old school campground. Friendly staff, seems family run/owned with lots of friendly people. Right next to a huge county park with lots of trails

Our Kozy Oaks experience was fantastic! The pool, bathrooms and other amenities were well maintained and at no additional cost. The overall cost was very low for all we were able to enjoy. Staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome and to provide excellent service.

I had relative that rented there for the 2016 season with a little pull behind camper trailer. Doug, as part of the new ownership, went above and beyond in making sure my family member was okay and happy with the facilities. It is a beautiful setting with many mature trees and water access. Common areas are clean with social activities planned for the enjoyment of all families and campers. It is respectfully quiet to enjoy the serene landscape and the calling of the Loons! This is definitely a hidden hideaway - and a beautiful and easy short drive from the Cities. Don't miss out - you still have time to enjoy the Fall season. It should be spectacular with the changing of the leaves! Enjoy - and best wishes to Doug!

Nice campground lots of upgrades since I was here last due to new owner Doug. All staff and other campers were very friendly and helpful. Camped with an RV has fill hookup to electric and water very nice. Our hose was too short to reach our trailer site, but the owner Doug came with an extra hose for use to use.

What a terrific place to build memories with your family. All the facilities and grounds are kept super clean and neat. The pool and pool area are spotless. We live nearby and use the pool. Worth every penny of the small $3 fee. Owner is super friendly and accommodating. Beautiful sites.

All sites have a lot of shade which is great. Not a lot of weekend sites: most are seasonal.

Arrived on a Sunday after 4th of July weekend. Was disappointed to see that the pool would be closed all week for treatment: especially since I had 3 kids with me. However, they got it done in a day and a half so we could enjoy the pool. And they recommended Fish Lake beach, which turned out to be a great spot for swimming. For our troubles, Doug (the owner) came by to apologize and gave my kids a bunch of quarters to have some fun with in the game room. First rate customer service!!

Great spot for family camping. Clean bathrooms and outhouses. Family friendly. VERY inexpensive and the staff was great. There is a game room and arcade for rainy days. A heated pool that is clean and they have canoes and peddle boats to rent for $1! Yes I mean ONE dollar! I will definitely come back! When the storm came in they even came over to the campsite to let us know when it was getting bad and kept the arcade open all night for shelter.

Great Campgrounds, bathrooms were extremely clean, all kinds of things to do with the kids. Doug the owner has a bike rack full of bikes that are free for the kids to use. Basketball Courts with 3 different size hoops for big kids all the way to the little ones. The swimming pool is heated for the normal camping season. They just just built a new R/C track for remote control cars. Great place to come with the kids an family
