The owner is very easy to get along with. I make sure I pay my bill early. Seems to make him happy!

Great price, booked us in for 6am to 3pm even though we arrived at 5:30am, and were greeted by the friendliest black kitten when entering. Provided room is meticulously clean and comfortable, overall very accommodating and affordable nights sleep. Would recommend.

I was very surprised. For the price this may have been the best deal on my whole trip. The room had a pleasant scent that reminded me of a place I stayed as a kid. The room was clean, well appointed, lacked for nothing.
There was a Lazy Boy chair, and a full size refrigerator. Carpet had some marks on it, but I was not worried about that. Any one item that had been missing on any of my other stays was present here.
If I were going to go to Lexington again, I would certainly stay here. It's a scant 15 miles to Lexington, and this motel beats the most inexpensive option there both in price and cleanliness.

I didn't have any issues with my room. It's clean, cozy. Feels like a studio apartment, homey feeling. I liked the carpet.the fact that they had a recliner, idk, but I was in love lol. The price was excellent too. The lady at night and the owner in the morning at the front were super nice. The room has coffee and a good size fridge and next door has breakfast. There's no need for this hotel to serve breakfast when literally the restaurant attached has food.

The owners are awesome. clean, friendly, full size fridge and microwave. We had car troubles and ended up here. The owners took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great value, simple but great room, swimming pool, breakfast and a place to park a moving trailer.
The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND and mailed a large personal item I had left in the room all the way across the country to my home at no charge to me. This was unexpected and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very cozy place. Had no complaints. Breakfast was good next door. Coffee in the room. Pool was closed obviously because of the time of year.

Great place to stay at, under remodeling, but rooms are comfortable and clean, and very reasonably priced, I have four dogs which travel with us and they only charge $5 extra per pet, no limit on number l, unlike most motels, like motel 6, which limit number of pets to 2 per room, forcing you to rent another room per every 2 pets to stay or like other higher priced motels that charge $15 to $25 or more per pet per night, often costing more for my 4 dogs ( 3 of them being small dogs and 1 large dog) to stay than the room itself costs per night.

Awesome! 60$ room for a full refrigerator, good cable package, spacious room, Wi-Fi, dinning table, and the man at the front desk was very kind.
