The hygienist and dentist were both friendly and made good conversation. They understood my concerns/needs and addressed them. The communication with the receptionists is great. Everything they explained was easy to understand and they set me up with a treatment plan and referrals. I’d recommend to anyone.

Every time I walk into this place I'm greeted with a smile. They've made sure that color of caps match the color of my teeth. The chat I get to listen to varies. Always upbeat. Always complimentary. I don't think I could have found a better team of dental practice. 5 🌟

It's obvious that staying up to date on the latest technology and education is important to Dr. Aden and her team. She is always adding new services to better serve her patients and community. Dr. Aden and her staff are all amazing. My son and I both go here for all our dental needs. They are excellent with kids, even the youngest ones. My son is 5 and actually enjoys going. They explain everything to him and show him their tools and let him touch them as well. Highly recommend!

Love Dr. Aden and her whole team of amazing people!! I absolutely hate going to the dentist and only go if something hurts, which is bad I know but the truth. I went in for a routine cleaning, since my kids noticed I always take them but I never go. The front desk ladies are always pleasant, welcoming and know just about everybody! I explained my reservations about the cleaning, what I did and didn't like and I was in perfect hands from there. The slightest shift in movement and the hygienist knew I was uncomfortable and stopped. No frustration, or upsetting anyone. Just a total and complete understanding of what I was comfortable with and they happily did what they could to make me feel comfortable and 100%Ok about what was being done. They are this way with everyone!!! To find people that genuinely enjoy their job, go above and beyond to make you,the customer feel the best you can feel in the most positive atmosphere is the best feeling ever. Not to mention the entire office was nothing but helpful when I brought my child in for some fillings with my 3 year old, and I'm holding a phone up for my son to watch a movie while he was getting work done. Who does that!? Audrey and her team do! They absolutely hands down care about everyone they see and figure out the best strategy to help you in the most comfortable way!!!

Made me feel like I was no stranger, it was only my second appointment here. I was even able to bring my 4 month old in awhile they cleaned my teeth. They were very patient with me and helpful with my son. Will definitely continue to come back for cleanings!

Very fast, friendly, and informative. Explained everything as they were going through things and answered all questions and concerns I had. Would recommend friends and family to go there if they don't have a primary dentist.

Audrey was absolutely amazing! As well was her staff!! Never again will I use another dentist! Audrey even called later that evening to check on me, since I did have my wisdoms and molars removed. That was such an added bonus to the wonderful service. Highly recommend 👌

Thank you for the phenomenonal dental experience from start to finish. Dr. Aden has surrounded herself with a supporting staff that obviously likes what they are doing and are very engaged in their effort to create a positive experience. I received superior customer service that deserves to be applauded. Every person in the waiting room was greeted and recognized by the dental hygienists and assistants at the front desk. I was treated with respect and loved the conversation and insight offered by my dental hygienist. When Dr. Aden examined me, she mirrored the care of a true professional. She made an assessment of my issues, found a problem area on my xray, and made a recommendation to get it fixed. This office accepts NEBRASKA MEDICAID WITH MCNA COVERAGE. If you are in need and might be apprehensive about seeing a dentist-- JUST MAKE THE APPOINTMENT you won't regret it. Unexpected help is always appreciated. Update: Really glad I took Dr Aden's advice as there was definitely a failed tooth implant.

Thes ladies are amazing!!! Great explinations of work going to be done and why, extreme patients with my nervous 5 year old, quick detailed work! Pony Express Family Dentistry operates above the bar. Dr Aidan and the intire staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their business. They have been good to me and my whole family for years now. And we couldn't be happier. They truly love their work.
