Been a member for several years, and love this gym. It is extremely clean, the owner and staff are extremely personable, and there are lots of different exercise classes to choose from. Highly recommend

Love this gym! The Zumba instructor is so nice! The owner is so nice, and always there to answer any questions and to greet you. Always clean, private bathrooms and showers. Love this place.

Went and had a Massage by Katherine, she is amazing, very professional and cares about the type of massage and pressure that best fits your needs, asks if I have any questions or concerns before and after my massage. This will be a monthly must for me. Thank you to the staff for creating a wonderful and comfortable environment.

Fitness For Life was a great gym, had everything I needed, and I love the 24/7 access. I knew I would be moving soon and was nervous about gym contracts because I've been jiffed pretty bad in the past with other gyms. Their membership is month to month, SO affordable, and easy to cancel. I also enjoyed that it's very clean and spacious for a smaller gym. Thanks guys!

Try it, you'll like it. It's a great environment and the morning crew treats you like family (if you like your family)! Loved working out here. The owner, Lyle, is great and Josh is absolutely one of the best trainers in the area! He makes you want to put in the work....I'll be back soon, Josh! 😊

No complaints! Clean equipment, gym, bathrooms, older people so no wait in machines and they are all really nice. The owner and the staff are nice and they have classes which is a must for me!

Clean, friendly, simple. No frills and have everything you need. Group classes are included. Dietitian, massage therapist, personal trainers all on staff and at affordable rates. Can't ask for more!

It is 24/7, secure, clean and has almost everything you can imagine to get a great workout whether a beginner or expert
