I have been signed on with them for a month now. When I first signed on I didn’t know if I would like it just bc I had my own authority and my own numbers. I just couldn’t get a good dispatch team. So fast toward, first month down. I’m glad I gave it a shot. Dispatch has never had me sitting other then trying to find a load coming back home. ( no one is perfect ). I had a concern with a load due to safety, I called Josh up and we discussed the situation. We didn’t take the load. That showed me that they are more worried about safety instead of a pay check. The way the team will have your back and answer your questions is something that sold me. If you need help figuring out the best way to secure a load no worries, call someone. You actually get HELP. You don’t get someone being rude and expecting you to know everything. This industry is hard as it is, having a supportive partner make everything better. Would highly recommend them.

My name is Adrian and I started my journey with hotshot 107 in early August 2023 to where my future father in law encouraged me to join them when my girlfriend and i had interest in the hotshot business. the journey started with a 2 day orientation that was very detailed and very well put together, I was quite impressed on how they handle the training part of things as you talk to different people and they get to answer all your questions and a very encouraging speech from one of the bosses at the end. One thing to mention is when I first started all I had was my truck and no trailer, but that is no problem as they offer a great program to start with, if you don't have a trailer which is a lease to own option. fast forward 3 months I got paired up with Alex as my dispatcher which has been great I can trust his judgment as he keeps me rolling and continue to have good loads and he's very open minded to my thoughts. Hotshot 107 has very great staff kenny, caden, and Josh just to name a few are all there for you when you need help, overall the whole staff is very friendly and great people to work with. To wrap this all up I do believe this is the best company to start your business in hotshot as they all help you along the way and make it very easy, I am very pleased with this company and definitely recommend them to anyone interested in the hotshot business.

These guys at hotshot107 are absolutely amazing! Orientation went great they go over everything you need to know step by step and it helps you learn a lot more than throwing it all at you at once like a lot of other places! They really care about there drivers and they want to help you getting on the road to success! Great group of people they make you feel like family! It’s really a blessing to be here with this company!

I am a current driver that has leased on. I researched the hotshot industry for about a year and spoke with several companies, after researchiing Hotshot 107 and reading all of their reviews I decided to reach out. I had never driven comercially before and after speaking with Ben I decided to jump in. He was extremely helpful in all of the back end tasks that are involved, even including info on the equipment needed and where to get it. I was 100% ready to hit the road right after a 2 day very detailed and professional orientation.

I was on the road a couple months and had a break down about 300 miles from my drop off location and about 400 miles from the headquarters. I was notified my dispatcher and Safety Coordinator and they were fantastic. Marty Mercer the owner of Hotshot 107 picked up my loaded trailer and did the drop for me. I broke down on a Friday so that means he worked all weekend to get that accomplished. Not only did he do that he noticed a seal that had started leaking on my trailer and spent additional time and resources to get that fixed. When my truck was repaired I notified Clay I was ready to get back out on the road, he was able to find a couple trailers in my part of the country that needed to get back to headquarters and he compensated me for it so I did not have to deadhead back to headquarters to pick up my trailet. Fast forward to the present. I was in Pa got some contaminated fuel and broke down again with another loaded trailer. They sent a truck and trailer for my truck and another truck for my loaded trailer and made the delivery. They have an awesome mechanic that they work with near headquarters and he is doing the work. I was about to book my flight to get home from Ohio and again they went above and beyond and loaned me a car to get home. The whole company from start to present have been incredibly helpful and supportive on a daily basis. I have a great dispatcher that keeps me rolling with loads, even out of the tougher freight areas. He answers all of my questions. I feel we have a great working relationship. I look forward to many years growing my business with these awesone people. You don’t find organizations that put their people and strategic partners first anymore and this company has proven it time and time again.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond, not just for their driver but any driver on the road. I don’t work directly for hotshot107. But I work with them often. About 4 hours away, and MARTY personally came and got me and my truck. while a driver came and got my load. I highly recommend to any driver Especially drivers that actually want to work and make money rolling.

I leased to Hotshot 107 in November of 2022, after retiring early from another career. It was very “scary” starting something new like my own business new after so long in another career. I can’t be more happy I started this, and a large portion of it has to do with choosing Hotshot 107.

Since I’ve started I have been treated very well. I don’t feel like any employee of business. I feel like I own my own business, and another business uses my business in a partnership. Honestly, I feel like part of the family.

During my time so far I’ve had vehicle issues (thank god I was finally able to buy a new truck) trailer issues, and normal life issues. They have been understanding and helpful (down right amazing) at every corner, and assisted me in any way possible.

Example: needed some emergency work in my trailer, and my truck needed an oil change. I happened to be in Ohio. The owner “Marty” of the company came and got my truck and trailer and worked on it through most of the night (on a weekend) so I could keep on schedule. Even though I know he wanted to get working on my trailer asap, he still took the time to have a conversation with me like we had been talking for years. (Just one example of the many things the people of Hotshot 107 have done for me).

Hotshot 107 provides any training and guidance a person could need starting the first day. The management staff ( “Clay” just to name one. Man he has saved me several times) safety staff, and dispatch staff are there to answer questions and help in anyway 24/7. On a side note, my dispatcher “Alex” is kind of an ok fella to be partnered with 😂.

I can’t thank Hotshot 107 enough in partnering with me and helping me start my own business and I look forward to many years of partnership.

Anyway, hands down the best place I could have chosen to start this new adventure.

My name is Diego and I started my Hotshot experience in March of 2022, starting this experience on your own can be tough from all the paperwork and money that it takes to get going so I decided to start of by leasing on to Hotshot 107. From the first day I called them they were nothing but helpful and respectful in every way you can think of. Everything that did for me to get me going was very professional, and they made the entire process super easy for me. Like many owner operators my goal was to get my own authority after a while and that’s what I did. After about a year that I leased on I got my own authority so that I could go out on my own but even then, when I told Hotshot 107 about it they were very understanding and even gave me good advise on what I should do next. Once I went on my own I dispatched my self and basically took care of everything my self but it made everything really hard for me and that made come across some struggles that I was not expecting. After a few months I have now decided to lease back on with Hotshot 107 and just like before they have been very helpful and understanding of everything I had going on and they allowed me to lease on again. So my point is Hotshot 107 is a great company to work with, they will teach you and help you in a every step of the way to get you’re Hotshot experience going.

My husband Bradley started with 107 back in February as an o/o. It was our first experience as o/o and they made the transition very smooth. They were extremely helpful with guiding him into learning what he needed to get to started. His dispatcher is great with communication and keeps him rolling. We’ve been in this line of work for 13 years and this company has been one of the easiest companies to work with! They really go out of their way to support their drivers and keep them on good loads.

When I started doing hotshot I did a lot of research and I found Hotshot107. When thru orientation now I’m lease on thru them. I’m still pretty new to this with only a little over 2 months but let me tell you that they are a great company to work with and to start your career as a hotshot. I have a great dispatcher that is very helpful and works hard to make sure I have great loads. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They have a great team, all around, they take safety as a priority and I appreciate that. I been impressed with their reaction time to call you back if they miss a call. Worked with Cole in dispatch and Raymond the driver and both did an exceptional job. It is rare these days to have someone pickup the phone consistently in the logistics world and both these guys did their part in communication. Load delivered with no issues and perfect communication the entire way. Very professional guys and very great company to work for. I look forward to working with them in the future

This company is the #1 hotshot trucking company that I would work for. My dispatcher was super good. Although I did trucking for around half a year, I would go back with them if I got back into hotshot trucking. The reason I quit has nothing to do with the company, I didn’t like the lifestyle. I will keep referring new people because I know that they are honest and have a heart for you. They were so nice to me. They make you feel like family.

Well what can be said. I was tired of the disrespectful behavior of management @ my old job 7 years of dedication. Then this covid hit, which made things even worse. It was too much! So I started looking for a new career. Between my son and finding (HOTSHOT MACC) hope ya don't mind brother ya been a positive influence for this industry. I found this company HOTSHOT107! Started a contact just to question some of the ins&outs of all of what that they offer. They where very easy to talk to. They where very informative for all aspects of this industry. After 7 months of looking it felt like I found a new "home" these guys are good people. We got everything inline and I came up from mississippi a year ago. Been running ever since. Onboarding is simple and everything was ready to go in a couple hours. Everyone here are good to have on yourside when running these roads never any attitude when ya have ?s or concerns. Always a friendly response. Willing to take the time to make sure ya understand what your questioning. So long story short if ya been looking where to start your career/adventure give these guys a call. It will be worth your time.

Hotshot 107 is the perfect place to start for anyone looking to get into the business. They offer a very detailed orientation, quality dispatchers, and a more than helpful safety team. They have everything in place for a new driver to become successful. For anyone looking to lease on, all you have to bring is your equipment and work ethic. They will keep you rollin.

Excellent company to partner with. I’m an o/o and leased on with them about 3 months ago. They have an excellent support staff and are always available to offer help or assistance. From safety, dispatch team, admin, and even maintenance. They check off all the boxes and are definitely a squared away company. My goal is to eventually get my own authority and they have even helped with that. I believe a lot of companies would not be willing to help with that process, but that’s not the case here. I continue to learn everyday by being partnered with this company and can’t express my gratitude enough by being partnered with this great group of people. If you’re looking for a company to lease onto, I highly recommend this company.

Awesome awesome company. When I first started there I was in a bad situation with a owner of the truck and they knew it was a matter of time before I failed and I did no fault of my own. The owner took his truck back. Yes I grossed several weeks over 4,000 one bad week but that was my own fault in that month. I called Caden and let him know I was without a truck or job and within 4 hours I was on a bus to pick up another truck from a different owner. They help you if you help yourself. The bad reviews come from the guys who can't keep the left door closed. I run 600+ miles a day and make great money. This is a awesome company will always back them.

My husband is a hotshot 107 driver and was faced with a huge problem with a damaged trailer axel in OK. He reached out to numerous mechanics and they all were giving him outrageous prices for the job. He was contacted by hotshot 107 and was advised that they would have their mechanic come 15 hours from OH to complete the job at a fair price. They really come through for their drivers in their time of need. I wouldn’t suggest any other company to team up with as an owner operator.

Hotshot 107 truly has an awesome program from the personalized onboarding to the daily operation of each truck. They not only have a great program, but they also put each driver first and make sure they have everything they need to be safe and successful.

Ok… so the name is Adam. I started with 107 late aug early sept of this year. I wanted to take the time to sit and write some thoughts out. I have worked with some horrible companies in my past and when I came here I was expecting the same kinda treatment. I was so wrong, these people have helped me out more than I care to admit. My old truck would go down for maintenance (because it was an old truck) and they not once held it against me.

When my old truck blew a motor their first question was not about the load I was under or is the trailer ok their first question was “are you ok”. Because of my numerous mechanical issues I had first starting out my revenue was lower than average and I was still able to afford to stay in a nice hotel for that weekend, eat out, pay for a heavy wrecker to tow my truck and trailer to a shop, pay for Ubers, pay for the diagnostics to tell me my engine was blown, pay for a transport truck to trailer my broke truck half way across the country back home, pay for a plane ticket to get home and normal bills. When I got a new truck lined up to go back to work they worked diligently to get all my paperwork switched over to my new truck. I bought the truck on a Monday I had it tagged and titled by Friday and I was back to work running by the following Tuesday. I encountered a minor set back earlier this week I contacted Clay and without hesitation or endless berating or question he assisted me in getting the issue solved and handled.

But enough about the road stories let’s talk about staff their safety dept is strict but very fair and have your best interest at heart and also will answer all questions to the best of their ability. Now I can’t speak for all the dispatchers but mine (the one they assigned me to) has kept me running and has had the knowledge and ability to work around emergency family stuff and break downs and still make me money. Not to mention the communication is top notch (meaning not over bearing but also not totally hands off) they are quick to respond and also to keep you in the loop. Now for the senior staff to include maint staff. They are all great guys and are a pleasure to work with (notice that I said “with” not “for”). They really do care about the ppl who drive. They may rub some lesser people the wrong way in the beginning but they are nothing but tough, kind, hard, honest, and most importantly fair. I’m happy to be working with them and it’s been a very welcome change.

This company has adopted the mantra that if their drivers aren’t making money their ppl aren’t making money. They have the motivation needed to keep all of us loaded and running. They restored my drive to stay in trucking and keep going.
