Family Health Center Black River Falls Dental Center

I was expecting to just get antibiotics like every other dentist I go to. But today I went here and they were amazing the dentist was so nice and he extracted my teeth and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely go back. Such nice staff. And his assistant was very nice.

Dr. Bhavani is super nice and does a thorough job when filling cavities. Very detailed and does not rush, even if she is busy. Highly recommend!

In a short review...by far the best dental clinic with most caring and considerate staff.Dr.Jain ,I can't say enough good things about him.His number one concern as one of the assistants told me is the patients comfort and well being.that could not be more true! From when you walk in til departure is nothing but friendly and personal.and that's how you get 2 thumbs up in my hard to get in book.Thank you Black River Falls Dental

Dr. Uday and Mariah are awesome! They make you feel comfortable and thoroughly explain everything. I've never been more comfortable with a dentist as I do here. I highly recommend him.

The best dentists, hygienists and staff. It was quite clean and they were so well organized. They were personal, caring and educational. I was so pleased!

My husband called and was hung up on after he asked for an appointment. He called back and waited 45 min on hold asked for an appointment and was hung up on again!

Worst customer service ever! Receptionist made people feel horrible and announced others situation's to waiting room. After I was checked in and treated rudely the woman after me was completely dehumanized. My dentist is cool but I will never go back to be treated like this again.

VERY RUDE on the phone. Just for asking if there was any appointments available for a child.

My son that is in high school has drive to black river to find out is schedule was canceled on 4 different occasions. So as he is 18 yersterfay3has a appointment and guess what he's told well he told them he's been waiting 7 weeks he can't go back to the oridondicts tell his tooth is looked at. So they get him in and as he texts me they are going to call me because he needs to see a specialist. Well no phone call so i call them today for them to tell me tgat the person that sends out the consults is gone till Monday. I told her who ever seen my son said they were going to call me.. She told me sorry i can't help you their is nothing in the system you will have to call monday. I said fine ill find a different dentist as he turns 19 in 2 months. Well i make a appointment at aspen and my ron calls them to have his records and ex rays sent over and he gets told sorry no one is here until friday to do that.. so they are horrible
