The best tax person in the country

Communication was horrible! They waited until the very last minute to do our taxes that they had had for almost 4 weeks. Several errors. We had to deal with the taxes in another state that they botched as well. How are these people even in business?!

Used them for a couple years and they were good, but not anymore. They seem to have lost the one person that actually did any work there, which was their excuse after they told us they could complete our taxes but they would be filed late. After that, we never heard from them again despite multiple emails and calls. Now we have to scramble to find someone else to complete them in time for the extension deadline. So disappointing they can't just communicate that they weren't able to do them, and instead gave us the run around with months of lies.
