Save A Lot

Hands down the best meat available ! Prices on meat are more than reasonable. I will go out of my way, making an extra stop just to get meat here!! The butcher will custom cut meat for you. They also have some other items I can't find at Walmart. It pays to shop local sometimes. Just watch the ads, and you can also save by collecting stamps (includes hardware store next door too) This store and the cleanliness are so much better than they used to be!!

I like the size of Save-a-Lot, cuz it's not overwhelmingly huge. They have a great selection and fantastic meats. And you don't have to go down a kazillion isles to find something!

Don't believe all that you hear about Walmart being cheaper. We all need to do our homework and look for the best deals. I like buying the meat on sale at Save-A-Lot and then can it. Stew, meat alone, chili. This is my favorite food store ever. I also like the redeemable stamps here and with Pro Hardware next door. Mr. Hedlund, kudos to you and your staff !!!

Those stamps were a lovely way of keeping the customers coming but prices are getting so high spending 500 just to get ten bucks of is crazy should at least get a 20$ off sering 20$ is only goning ti go so far these days save alot always had good prices the best produce around snd meat but i haven't got great meat lately n produced it's always bruised and the Guatamala banannas arent the best

I'm so glad there's another grocery store in Albion again. The interior remodeling is gorgeous and the shelves are well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. The meat deals are phenomenal! Definitely a local business worth supporting.

You cannot beat the meat here! The meat is fresh and top-grade! And the prices are really good for both generic and name brands. It's a healthy alternative to tops which nobody wants to shop at. The place was very clean and really really organized.

The best meat department in the Albion area!!! Usually has a butcher in the back if you need something special. Today I got 50% off NAME BRAND Christmas Candy!!!! I LOVE this store.... Big enough to carry just about everything you need, BUT not huge! I hate walking a mile to grocery shop!

Very nice finds here! A bunch of chicken wings for the air fryer, and pork and beef ribs for cheap yesterday!

Even during this pandemic, this store is always fully stocked, with a great selection. Great prices on necessities as well. Meat prices have gone significantly up, but that is the norm everywhere currently.

My brother shops at save a lot because he walks there. I have a car and wanted to take him to walmart but he insisted on shopping at save a lot. I never shopped at save a lot when i did live in NY but he told me it was remodeled with a new owner. it looks much better than it did three years ago. It's clean, the food is actually there and looks fresh. And the most important thing is that deadly rotting smell isn't there anymore. I'm impressed with all the positive changes and would shop there again.

A lot better now than the family that ran it into the ground.Doesn't smell meats are fresher, have yet to see expired food trying to be sold for reg.prices. A great new owner who knows how to run a business.

Very nice, clean, bright. Lots to chose from, brand names too. One thing was very noticable, and that is how cold it was in there. Will coolers 3/4 around the store and probable new ones, I can see why.

So exciting to have this back! Beautiful remodel! Great simple set up! Great food for great prices! You cannot compete with their meat department!

They have a great meat selection and really good meat the on site butcher is really good and will accommodate you when possible, the store is very clean and sure stay is very nice

The store is very clean. The people are quick to help. I really like the management of the store, easy to find whatever you need . Very friendly and efficient staff.

Very impressed by my 1st visit. They carry many varieties of Bear Creek soup mixs that I have never seen before!

I love to shop there.but as with every place else there are so many things you can't find.im hoping that things will get better.biden has got to go.

Before the recent remodel and owner switch, I refused to shop here. It was so disgusting.
Complete 180! Beautiful store. Amazing prices. Now the only place I shop for groceries!
