I LOVE LIFELINE!!! OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Seriously I'm mind blown. I have a newborn kitten that I'm trying to save so I ordered the miracle nipples + syringe. (Lost momma cat to sepsis the same day) Long story short I had chosen priority overnight and failed to realize their distribution cutoff time. I wasnt going to get the package until Monday on an priority overnight charge unless I picked it up at a fedex location saturday!!! Which of course is a waste of money if I would have had to wait until monday. I was so upset omg I tried to call them but I was too late so I had to wait till morning. Soon as the next morning, BEFORE I could even reach out to them, they reached out to me!!! Yes! They reached out to me FIRST! Heck I even had an email from them!! Left a message on my phone and everything. Jake. That's the wonderful individual that made all the effort in making things right. I called him back and we switched shipping methods so I could get my package by tomorrow and even saved me $3.00. Thanks to Jake my kittens survival rate just went up 3 fold!! Anyone that had syringe fed a kitten knows it's nearly impossible. Jake LITERALLY saved kittens life. ❤❤ you NEVER find people like that anymore. If I had ordered through someone else God forbid I would have spent God knows how long trying to get ahold of someone to sort out the issue. I just cant believe they reached out to me first.
