Well the reason I gave H&R block a score of 5. Was due to Misty Fletcher my tax associated. She was amazing/ friendly/ and she even offered to help me check over my last 3 year's tax return that I got done from Jackson Hewitt. She even let me know ahead of time how much I would get back and fees before she processed my taxes giving me a chance to make the decision if I wanted to do them myself or with them. Every year I don't have to worry about my taxes because of HandR block. That goes a long way. Tax preparers are very understanding and do a great job with helping you understand how taxes work.
