The atmosphere and service is always immaculate, I always come here when I get the chance some employees even know my name by heart. The app is also the best to use when you don't want to wait in line! Just order ahead and get your food as soon as you walk in.

Without doubt the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. I live/work in Newark, but come to Coshocton pretty frequently for work and usually eat here. The "worst" experience I've ever had was my order being just "alright" and not excellent.

Place to eat when you're real hungry and need a fast place to eat

service could be better, kinda slow and not very friendly

Love everyone in the drive through they are all so nice. Went through yesterday and ordered double cheeseburger plain cheese only had everything on it. This is the first time this has ever happened. Go almost everyday to get pop or tea

I go through this McDonalds every day to get a Vanilla Iced Coffee. I often go through for food as well! 99% of the time I never have a problem with anything! service is always as fast as can be, workers are always nice, and most importantly it’s always delicious!

They have the best tea and big mac's

Fries were hot, and salted, sandwich was made correctly, and hot. Drinks were filled up all the way. They even have a kids play place. A rarity for McDonald's!

Food is always good and the employees are always nice.

I love McDonald's, it's always the best. If they just opened their inside dine-in it'd be #1 fast food spot again. The line can sometimes be slow and that's ok. They also need to get the ice cream machine working at all locations

The frape is finally back.

Was running ahead of schedule for a change. I usually stop at Wendy's when driving through Coshocton but got there before they opened. I used to love the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel but got a few marginal ones at different locations so hadn't had one for a couple of years. Gave it another try. Was NOT disappointed. I heard this morning on Fox Business that McDonald's is having a good year and they were talking about a switch to fresh beef. Maybe that is the difference. Anyway, it was very nice and the coffee was fine. Also had a clean restroom and the woman at the counter was pleasant and took my order correctly.

The drive thru staff was courteous and quite understood the 'oops' situation we got into when we went to pay at the wrong window. We were told there no problem and went out of their way to bring our order to the 'wrong window' where we were in line. The man and woman went on to thank us for stopping at McDonald's and for us to have a nice evening. My wife and I were very happy to stop at your McDonald's.

*Almost forgot. My wife said her McChicken sandwich was fresh, built well (with pickle, extra pickle... ty) and delicious. She couldn't stop showing it me and talking about it....for the next TEN MILES! Wow.....

In all honesty I don't know why this place gets hate all the time, the employees are absolutely amazing, the foods great, customer service is at its peak.
