Asia was awesome! I needed to shut a couple lines off and upgrade my home phone. We had quite a time with customer service understanding everything to make a very long story short. I would've been not so nice if it was me with customer service but she was calm and kept her cool! It took several hours and a couple days to get everything done. She was so kind to me! I would go back to her any day! What a wonderful patient young lady! Go see her if you need anything from Verizon!

We went to this store today to get my mom's phone set up. We encountered an employee named Conor. Conor was very helpful and entertaining. He went above and beyond in answering all of our questions, addressing all of our concerns and was simply extraordinary. He was great fun to work with and is a top tier employee. I would highly recommend keeping him around.

I have came into this store before and never have had a great experience until I worked with Asia! She is friendly and helped me with all of my issues with my darn phone and let me know promotions going on to get me into a new one! When I go back I’ll look forward to seeing her and let my family and friends know she’s the gal to go to!! Thank you so much Asia!

I had an excellent experience this evening at this Coshocton location. I felt like family as soon as I got inside. I was greeted at the door by a young man named Tommy. Throughout my time there this evening, he managed to go above and beyond any questions or requests I had. He showed lots of professional, respect and met my every need. I will 100% recommend Tommy to all my friends and family. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!!!

Thomas walters was my sales associate and was extremely helpful and went above to make sure our questions was answered. He even called after we left to follow up and make sure the problem was resolved! Can’t thank him enough for his willingness to help!

Mike Moorhead was very nice and helpful. He met my expectations and we easily figured out what I needed and got it quickly and efficiently. Easy to talk to and very professional.

My husband and I stopped in to get help when our phones stopped working. Tommy helped us get everything straightened out and was very helpful! We will be returning to work with him in the future. We are very pleased with our experience.

I normally hate going to cell phone stores or recommending certain stores to people but I always recommend people see Derek if they go to this store in particular. I have recommend many of my co workers to go see him and they have all been satisfied with his service and costumer care. He gets them what they need and helps them figure out their devices. Had to go i today to get a new phone and Nick was amazing, not only did I get a new phone but I also saved some money in the process. He showed me how to transfer all my info to my new phone so I would not have sit and wait! I would definitely recommend him if you stop in!

Chris Miller helped me purchase my device. He is patient, understanding, and very easy to work with. If you are going to the store, call and make sure he is working. You won't be disappointed!

Was in need of a replacement phone. My sales Agent was Derek Grace.

Told him what I was looking for and my price range, he was able to find me a phone.

He assisted with setting up my new phone.

2 months later I emailed him with a question and he responded promptly with all my questions answered.

Asia gave us the best experience my wife and I have had in that store in such a long time. She has helped us not once but twice and even came in on her day off to assist us with setting up a new device. Needless to say we will continue to go in and deal with her.

I went in with a friend and my fiance not even looking to buy a new phone but after looking around at the selection I found a Google Pixel 6. I absolutely loved. Mike and Tommy were the salesman that helped out me, my fiance and my friend which these two fellas are not like about some salesman, not by any means. Did they ever try to push us to buy something that we didn't want or something more expensive. They just genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for. I would happily buy another phone and continue with service through Verizon and more than likely I would happily deal with these two guys again

I am so glad to have switched to Verizon. I was scared of getting a new phone, moving over all of my data from one phone to the next, and afraid the whole process would be out of my budget. Asia was amazing. She helped me through the transition and was genuinely invested in getting me into a plan and a device that actually worked best for me and my wallet. Great experience!
