Bought new wipers for my FJ Cruiser today.
AutoZone had them in stock at a competitive price and replaced them at no charge.
Great knowledgeable employees.

Mark T is friendly and very helpful. He doesn't try to upsell you and treated me, as a woman out of my element, with respect.

Great staff and they always have what I need! I am handicapped and they put a bulb in for me to help! This is were I'll spend my money!

Whether they know who I am or not the a chatty with me like they know me.
Order my stuff with George in commercial had pre surgery appts.
Came back the following day and miss barb got my stuff for me as busy as they were.
Asked if I needed help no ma'am with a wink.
On my way out I one of the regular drivers joke with me his name is Dave.
As I was backing out another driver was pulling in and he was waving out the window.
I enjoy my visits.

If there is something wrong (let's be real it happens)
They fix it to the best of there ability. Your frustration is your own and you can't take it out on them but we do in our own way.

Had bulb out and they changed it for me. The people who work here are very nice and very helpful. Wouldn't get car parts anywhere else.

The store is always clean, there is almost always someone behind the counter and ready to get the parts I need. The staff is very helpful to pick out the things I need.

Had to get A/C coolant to fill cars air conditioning, although with great customer service I found out didn't need to spend the money the blend door is broken and the coolant was already full.Nowcomes the whole disassembly of the whole dash to replace a non expensive part.
