When calling one receives a message thank you for calling stay on line for next available staff member or leave a message and someone will get back with you. Thank you for holding-------. I am not aware the center is so busy that the phone cannot be answered especially during the pandamic.

Absolutely loved my provider! Inquired about an appointment today for some acute issues to be told I don't have a Dr anymore. My NP is no longer seeing established patients and only does the walk in clinic. But they made the brilliant decision to not tell his patients!!! Only calling thise that had a current scheduled visit. So if you call for an issue you are referred to a practice that get this....isn't accepting new patients! Finding a new DR is something that needs to happen when you are well and not when you have a concern! This process should've been communicated with the patients. This Is a huge oversight to me, way to drop the ball union physicians.

I was a patient for ~15 years. I've seen my original doctor retire, a new doctor take their place, and I've followed them to their new location that was honestly much less convienient in an attempt to show some loyalty to an office I used to feel respect for, but no longer. Unfortunately it looks like this office does not share that same sense of loyalty to their patients.

I recently called to schedule an appointment and was denied because they had dropped me as a patient. They did this without notifying me. No phone call, no letter, not even an automated email to let me know this was happening. They effectively eliminated my access to timely healthcare, during a global health crisis, without notice. All because I don't get sick often enough to come in frequently.

I did confirm with them, and they had all my contact information accurately on file, they just never bothered to contact me. If they can't be bothered to send so much as an automated email in a situation like this, I can't even begin to imagine what they aren't bothering with when it comes to my, and other patients', health.

In short: be aware that if they think you're not profitable, they'll remove your access to care and not tell you.

I have gone here for many years. Since they made the move to the new facility, the quality of service has dropped drastically! I can't even get a prescription filled anymore without some sort of complication or mess up, and (in my own experience) never feel as though i have the health care professionals full attention and feel like they are just rushing to get to the next appointment.

Incompetent staff and dr Smith is invaluable, incapable of following through with her professional skills .
