Nuckoll's Pharmacy is a privately owned community business that never forgets that their patrons are people. They're fast, cautious, considerate and caring. Every customer is immediately a family member, worthy of the best care and treatment. They welcome their Medicaid clients with this same attentive attitude.

This place is amazing...Week before past we were at our whits end. My husband is on medications that he cannot go without (cannot miss a dose). Since his transplant we have ordered this med from Mayo, and picked up the last time in Fl. Well we decided that we would get it from a 'local pharmacy' this month to 'make it easier'. After leaving the Rx bottle there over 3 days I sent Johnny to pick up his meds telling him it is time they have it filled. When getting there he was told. We cannot fill it, and will not be filling it you will have to mail order it. When asking why they had not said that in the beginning and explaining the situation the pharmacist was rude, as if he was looking for 'a fix'...this is an anti-rejection drug that allows his body to maintain his liver, he had a 2 1/2 day supply left.
I called Angelique at home saying, Help this is a 911 call, with a 3-way call, explained our need and what had happened. Had Johnny at her Pharmacy shortly....Nuckolls was on the phone calling to transfer the RX from the Pharmacy who couldn't/wouldn't help...dealing with the insurance. Calling me back, and then finding this medication which was going to cost me more than my paycheck (because I/we didn't mail order it again) and had it filled in less than 24 hours at a reasonable price.
Nuckolls Drug you all are a God Send!!! Johnny is able to have his medications because of you and we are not living in fear of how quick will his body go into rejection (again), how quick will he loose his life that we have fought so hard for...Because you care, I thank God for you!

Best pharmacy I have dealt with as they are timely, friendly and will go the extra mile in customer service. We have a family member that has extensive medication needs and Nuckolls has been fabulous dealing with all the insurance related issues. Also love giving my business to a local business and not a nationwide chain!

This drug store has the nice down home feeling. The prices are affordable and they treat you right unlike many of the big drugstores. They don't have that high up attitude like a certain other drug stores. Nice friendly customer service and they treat you right. Our prescriptions were done fairly quickly and were nicely packaged. If your tired of being treated bad, and sick of the attitude the bigger drug stores, this is the place for you!

I love Nuckolls Drug.Everyone there is like family .They go above and beyond to see you are taking care of there.And you always have a smiling face that greets you like they known you forever.I am so glad I found them in when I moved here three years ago. I love them all there are the best.The community is so blessed to have them.And I wish them all the best for many many more years to come.

Love this pharmacy! They are so friendly and helpful—I never knew you could have a positive experience at the pharmacy (figured it was always one of those “ok” things), but they are stellar! Highly recommend!

I only wish that I could give Nuckoll's Drug a higher score than what you allow on Google review...they deserve more than 5 stars. I love using their My Pharmacy App to order prescription refills, and I never have to be concerned if my prescriptions will be filled in a timely manner. On rare occasion, if there happens to be a delay with my refill, a pharmacist promptly calls to inform me. When I arrive at their drive-thru to pick up my prescription, there is rarely a long wait time. The staff at Nuckoll's is personable and knows who I am, so I never have to answer a series of questions before receiving my refill. Also, anytime I need to call Nuckoll's with questions, I always get a person who answers the telephone. I got so annoyed with "chain store" pharmacies because whenever I called them, I would get recorded menu options that kept me going in endless circles before I ever had the opportunity to speak to a real person. By the time someone finally came on the line, I was so frustrated that I couldn't contain my annoyance. They also drove me crazy with needless recorded telephone calls reminding me of when a refill was due to be filled. If I get a call from Nuckoll's Pharmacy, I know there is a person on the line who has something important to say to me. The pharmacists at Nuckoll's have offered information, suggestions, and assistance to me that I didn't even know to ask about. Nuckoll's Pharmacy goes beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional service to their customers. If you aren't doing business with them, you should be!

This pharmacy has been wonderful. They always have my son’s prescriptions ready quickly and accurately. They truly care about their patients and their families. Even after moving to Galax I still use them for my son’s prescriptions as they do go the extra mile. Would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

The people are really nice, and they have great prices as well. All of my scripts are always accurate while they're very quick filling my orders. I enjoy shopping their selection which includes many different and beautiful wood canes and staffs. ♿ P.S. The drinks that they sell are Ice Cold... Great job, ya'll! Thanx...
