Uncle Jim’s Family Dining

Local relative took us here. Friendly service, great menu. I got one of the salads that was very filling. Family atmosphere and pricing I would definitely go back and work through more of the menu.

Awesome deal and food was cooked fast and fresh! Delicious and enjoyed every bite!

It was delicious. My plate was bacon n eggs with hash browns n 1/2 order of biscuits n gravy. I combine my toppings. It was delicious

I ordered a Reuben sandwich with my fries well done and that's what I got. For the amount of food given to me was amazing. It is like a New England style diner here in Pocatello. I can't wait to go back.

The wait staff was bright, bubbly and checked in on my table multiple times without acting like it was a hassle. Keep up the great work!

The breakfast was very reasonable. You get coffee juice bacon and sausage and French toast and eggs all for under $10. We were very impressed and the food was great. They were busy but they took good care of us. We will be back!

This is American food with an interesting Greek accent. The price is reasonable and the portions more than adequate. It is super clean and the staff is efficent and friendly. It's so good that I went twice in two days even though Pocatello has lots of choices for dining.

Service was ok. Think the waitress was new. Good selection off of menu. Fair prices. Portions can be a little over board. You better be hungry.

I dine at Uncle Jim's several time a week. The food is always properly prepared, priced reasonably, and in generous portions. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. In all the years I've patronized Uncle Jim's I've only experienced problems with one server and that individual did not last. I give this place five stars because they truly care about their product and their clients. I would hope that anyone who has had a less than satisfactory experience would give them another chance.

If you're looking for quality food, a large selection, friendly & accurate staff, reasonable prices, & a relaxed atmosphere-Uncle Jim's is a great choice! They have the freshest & largest chef salad you've ever had! The pita bread is my favorite! I've never left unsatisfied.=)

Big platters of tasty comfort food at a reasonable price. The service was excellent. The decor could use some updates, but that just adds to the old-fashioned charm. I recommend the French dip.

Great food and a huge plate of it for a decent price. The service was great- waitress was very polite and upbeat. Food tasted great and was more than we could eat. The decor was fine, and the place was clean. We will definitely eat there again if we travel back to Pocatello!

They wear masks which is one of my top standards I stand by. The waitresses are very nice and make sure we were comfortable, they had no issue moving us to another table. It is a very nice restaurant 🍍

They make a good burger. Salad bar was good I didn't like the lemon chicken rice soup it was bland. Service was good and they were on top of our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed.

Friendly service and simple menu. Great quality food. I just wish they were open later so I can go for dinner.

Such a superbly congenial homegrown Ma and Pa family dinner to eat at. Both times that I've ate at Uncle Jim's the servers, host, and bussers were for the better part gregarious and affable towards me and my kin. The food was also exceptionally delightful and well proportioned in comparison in the other dining restaurants in the area. I highly recommend anybody who is looking for a casual non bustling dining experience with scrumptious cuisines they should head over to Uncle Jim's and enjoy a not so not so expensive good meal.

Amazing!! My family & extended family went in the before we left Pocatello after my cousins celebration of life. Even tho is wasn't a great reason to get together it was really nice getting the family around a table together again. Service was excellent & the ham on the buffet line is the best I've ever had.

I have always had A great experience when I have eaten here. The wait staff is very professional, I have never had to wait on them to do their check backs. The food is very delicious, and they have A very good breakfast buffet on the weekends.

Was recommended by my dad to visit.....usually he's never wrong when he finds good places to eat. Rarely do I leave reviews but this one earned it!! Staff was great and caring, service was fast and friendly, food was excellent, and better yet, the place was inviting. Will certainly be coming back very soon.

We decided to try Uncle Jim's for the first time. Not expecting much, because the last few places we have eaten have been terrible. Oh my were we wrong. The cook was amazing!! The waitress was perfect. Uncle Jim's will be our first choice from now on. Thanks Uncle Jims
