I believe this is our third cruise that Susie has put together for us. They are always well done and go off almost without a hitch. Our one this year was with all of our adult kids a total of 15 people total on harmony of the seas it was an amazing experience, the ship was Gorgeous.
We are cruisers for life, and are already getting ready to plan our next doubting, and we will be using Susie again.

Our cruise was such a great experience. For being one of the first no vax required it went really well. The weather was pretty good. Just happy to be able to relax doing our favorite thing. Cruisy Susie has done an amazing job for us every time.

We'd never been to an all-inclusive resort, and Susie helped us select the one that was right for us. I love that the resort cost, upgrades, and flights were all wrapped up with into a bottom-line price that worked for our budget! She tracked Mexico's COVID-19 protocols and provided timely information for weeks prior to our trip, all the way up until departure.
Susie was professional, thoughtful, and really listens to what you want - call her next time you're thinking about a land or sea vacation!

Susie cruisy went above and beyond when planing a family vacation for me and my family. We had a wonderful time. And had experiences we would not of had if we would of tried to plan ourselves. She was also able to do it for less money. I have been privileged as well to go on trips she has planed for a group of just us ladies, and they have been great as well. The next time I plan on going on vacation she will be the one I call.

I didn't know that using a travel agent actually doesn't cost you more than booking online. I have to tell you Cruisy Susie makes everything better! She planned my Honeymoon cruise and a girl's trip to Mexico. They were amazing! Her service is above and beyond. I am planning a trip coming up to Europe and I wouldnt imagine not having her help. I recommend her to everyone!

Glad I met Susie! She's been helpful and offered a bonus for booking that not even the cruise line was offering. Never used a travel agent before and never thought I would but I'm glad I did. Definitely book my next cruise with her!

Cruisy Susie is The Best!!!! This was my first trip out of the country and it was an absolute ADVENTURE! Which is exactly what I was hoping for….I wanted every moment to count! I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE!!!

We spent 3 days in Paris that included excursions to the Louvre, the Catacombs, the Eiffel Tower, a Sienne River Dinner Cruise, entertainment at Moulin Rouge and a delectable Foodies Tour. There was no rest, but a perfect way to jumpstart the vacation.

We then enjoyed a peaceful ride (FREE upgrade to first class) on the train to Bordeaux, France. On day 4 of our adventure we boarded a river cruise ship which was an ALL-INCLUSIVE 8 day wine cruise offering excursions at wineries, castles and MOST IMPORTANTLY some much needed “down-time” for shopping.

This travel agent was outstanding. There was not one thing we wanted that she hadn't already thought of, and had taken care of, including forms, etc. for entering Mexico. The all-inclusive resort we stayed at, selected by our travel agent, was EXCELLENT. We had 0 issues with transportation, including to-and-from the resort we stayed at, all of this was expertly handled by Cruisy Susie. We did one all-day excursion to Tulum, a Mayan National Monument, then went swimming in a cave, followed by a snorkeling expedition in a cinote (sp?) and a nice beachside lunch. WOW! Overall, a FABULOUS job by our travel agent.

Cruisy Susie handled everything professionally, gave us outstanding advice and we had a spectacular trip. Highly recommend for all your traveling needs! Great job!!

Worst experience we've had with a travel agent. Everything started out great with the Agent actually talking to us and getting us some information and booked us on our cruise while she was on a cruise. The helpfulness pretty much died immediately after that point.

We had questions about covid protocols, transportation, shuttles, etc and was met with short responses & half answers. We had room upgrades available and we had to contact her to see what they were! It felt the common response to many questions was only a referral for us to go to the cruise lines website and handle it ourselves. Kind of defeats the point of having a travel agent...

We could have easily completed everything Cruisy Susie completed and in fact did when we had to cancel the cruise we booked through her. We rebooked our next cruise directly and saved a lot of hassle and frustration.
