I had an anti-aging facial with Cianna for my birthday present to myself. IT WAS GLORIOUS! Cianna was so kind and accommodating, and had magical hands. Highly recommend treating yourself to a facial with her. Your skin will love you!

We like going to the Harkness Salon. Everyone is friendly, does a great job, and it's not far from home.
My kids like coming here, too.
Everything from cuts, to colors, to nail, etc... you can't go wrong.

My wife and I are here at the harkness hotel for a mini vacation for the weekend. We saw the salon and spa last night and made reservations for this morning for a haircut for both of us. FINALLY, a place that can cut our hair the way it should be cut and EXACTLY how we want it. Ive never seen my wife smile so big and love her haircut until Shelby Hamilton cut my wifes hair. She did shucj an amazing job, my wife absolutely loved it and how she was so friendly an kind and courteous. She cut my hair which was a short fade and usually salons cant do it but DAMN Shelby did an amazing job again! She really tries to get it perfect for you, she even puts herself in your shoes squatting down to see your hair from your view to make every little angle look good. THANK YOU SHELBY! From my wife and I, we will absolutely make the 3 hour drive everytime to come back in the future it is totally worth the trip! You have earned yourself two returning customers from salt lake city to make the drive out here for forever haha, thanks again.

Great place to stay great price. Only thing is there's really no food in town you have to drive 11 miles to lava Springs where there's plenty of food and things to do. The hotel is adding a restaurant by the end of next year that will be great.

This is our favorite place to stay!!! Quiet, out of the way and romantic. It's just a few minutes from Lava, 20 min from Pocatello and 20 min from Downata hot springs. The Ivory room is perfect. High ceilings, large shower and a free standing soaking tub. The bed is super comfortable and it's great having a couch in the room. They have a great spa that is very busy and provides great services. The staff is awesome! They are friendly and quick to help. It was nice to receive a text on the day we were starting our vacation asking when we would be arriving at the hotel.
This is a renovated bank from so the building has charm and character they even use the old bank vault in the office as their gift shop.

Very nice salon/spa. The massage rooms are incredible and the beds are sturdy. As a fat woman that's important to me. I can't remember if there was any soft music or defusers but it was very peaceful. I wish I went with the 90 min. Instead of 60. If you are reading this and you can afford it, do the 90 minutes. You deserve it.
I'm really looking forward to trying some of the other services.

I moved to Utah and I STILL go to Harkness salon and spa every time I need my hair done. They're that good. Nothing but great experiences. I love all the girls there. Jennie is so talented. I always leave happy and in love with my hair. Plus, the salon is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this place every time!

I love this salon! They do a great job at fitting in my apointment, coloring, cutting, and deep conditioning. She did a great job on my husbands hair as well. She is really knowledgable about recomending hair products as well. Its nice to be able to stay local and go to a nice salon. The building is beautiful and has plenty of parking. Its so relaxing I sometimes fall asleep while she is cutting my hair.

Harkness was such a great find! Met up with some gals for a 1B reunion and celebration weekend and Harkness Spa met all our needs. They were accommodating for the various menu items we wanted, hospitable for our bachelorette event goodies, and provided great services along with a desirable ambiance. Our bride-to-be felt pampered and special. Looking forward to another trip to this spa.

A sweet treat for me is each time I attend the Harkness Salon & Spa. I reside in Boise but often go out of town for business and family visits to the other side of the state. Each visit at The Harkness is a treat for myself and the atmosphere is enjoyable and relaxing. I love the many services they offer including hair coloring, perming, styling, pedicures, massages and facials. This salon rivals Boise salons and the girls are fantastic. My last visit to Maggie and Christina was enjoyable and I will be back. Thanks so much Harkness for the outstanding treatment!!!

Lacey is an amazing massage therapist. She has many years of experience and it shows. Her touch was nurturing and specific, relaxing and firm in all the right places. I felt like I was floating when I left! And the spa itself is absolutely beautiful. Heated tables and hot towels... I didn't want to leave!

This was my first time at The Harkness Salon and I was extremely impressed with Christina Mumme and the salon! I showed her a picture of what i was going for and she nailed it! She’s a perfectionist and very detailed in her work. I will be recommending her to everyone and will definitely be returning!

We had a couples massage. Very relaxing environment, great massage, very professional. I'm a big guy, so my masseuse had to use some elbow grease, but it really helped my back pain.

Love love love this salon! It's clean with a modern twist on a hundred-year-old building. All of the stylists are sweet and amazing! Great prices too!

I just got a 90 minute massage from Chris Dennison. She give a very relaxing and therapeutic massage. The 90 minute gives the LMT time to really target areas of concern and incorporate it into a great relaxation massage and it is my favorite.
She is good a listening and delivering great therapeutic massage with just the right amount of pressure. I was coming off of two rounds of antibiotics, and just a bit achy from bed rest and pain. I feel so much better!!!

Danica has been doing my hair and lashes for over 2 years and I won't go to anyone else. The Harkness salon is not only beautiful, but it's clean and has a large variety of services. Definitely recommend this place!!

Maggie, the spa's esthetician is so thorough. She answered all my questions about skin care, my current regimens & then some. I highly recommend a facial &/ wax. Both, of which I have had & have been very happy with my results.
