I would not recommend this facility. I arrived 15 mins early in case any forms needed to be filled out, and stood in the rain until an employee coming to work let me in. I sat down and heard two employs talking that obviously let me stand out therein the rain. I sat in a dark waiting room until another client rang the doorbell and was let in. A few minutes after 8am (my appt time) another employee arrived and said my therapist would be about 10 minutes late. I had to leave, I had appts I couldn't be late for. The therapist called me about 8:25am to apologize and tell me life happens. I have a feeling it happens alot here, they acted as if it was no big deal. Don't make appts you can't make.
