Laurel Ridge Apartments

Laurel Ridge is a very nice complex. The apartments are nice and the grounds are beautiful. Michelle, the manager, does a great job keeping things running smoothly. As long as rent is paid and rules are followed anyone would be happy there.

The manager is never in her office also never answers phone calls takes days to return calls if your lucky. Very poorly run and when my daughter lived there her utility checks were late and she never received one the last 2 months she was there! So in my honest opinion they definitely need new management

If I could give them "0" stars I would. My son has been trying to meet with Ashley to sign paperwork for a rental. His first appointment was at 11 am last week and she didn't show up until 2 1/2 hours later and then told him she couldn't meet with him. And he rescheduled with her for today at 11 am and no surprise, she isn't here in the office. How can someone keep their job by not working and keeping appointments? So unprofessional!

It's under new management now but landlord was embezzling money and they never fixed anything

This place us a joke .Michelle does nothing to upkeep theses apts .There us no eyes on stove there is no drawers in fridge that has been there over 22 years since I lived there she replaces nothing
