Crandon Inn & Suites

We really enjoyed our time there. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast was good.
The only down fall was the pool was closed due to repairs.
We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you’re heading out to do the 7 Hour Plane Crash. All the amenities you want, clean rooms, and a pretty decent continental breakfast. They were more than happy to accommodate the 5 other Jeeps I brought with me.

The managerTravis was so helpful he let us check in early. We loved the room the beds were so soft. The breakfast in the morning was delicious especially the sausages. It was very quiet and peaceful. We will stay there again when we're in town.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Crandon Inn & Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, and we were so happy to have coffee and a hot breakfast in the morning. It was a great experience.

Just wanted to say I felt so bad for the gentleman working during this busy weekend. He was so nice and was so professional. He made our stay by just how he carried himself. He handled the power being out and the system going out like a true rock star. many were upset about the system going out and not being able to assign rooms which was not his fault but he did such a great job doing the best he can. I loved my stay but I have to say the staff here are true gems and make it more than a great stay, from when we checked in to the breakfast I have to commend the staff for being great ! so hard to find great people really doing their best and showing just how much they care about their jobs. owners should be proud of the great people they have here and know they really have a great team here. A+++

Great place to stay, new, very clean and extremely friendly staff. Bed and pillows were perfect, making for a great night's sleep. The King Suite was awesome, so roomy and the shower was what you would expect at a high end hotel. Clean and comfy and friendly what more could you want for a one nights stay while traveling through. Oh the breakfast was very very nice for a Best Western free breakfast. I wish all Best Westerns were this nice, I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with family for a event in the town, the hotel was very quite and everything went as plan. No problems whats so ever and everything was under control. When we got back the room was very clean and towels were replaced!

I love this hotel! Every stay is perfect. I travel a lot and this is truly my favorite place to stay. The staff are wonderful and they are staffed 24/7. The beds are amazing -- I sleep like a baby there. The weekend breakfast is wonderful. Anytime I've had a problem (and let's face it, stuff does come up when you're on the road) the staff jumps on it. They are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I wish I came to this area of the state more than 3 times a year--because I love staying at this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay! We stay in a lot of hotels and this one is on our top 5! The staff was very friendly. The room was great. Our kids loved the pool, especially the kiddie pool, plus it was actually warm! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Great place to stay. The only hotel in the area I would recommend. Clean and updated. We had a room first on the first floor near the pool and Continental breakfast area and we had noise all night. They upgraded us to a suite on the top floor for the rest of the week. In house bar is small town quaint as well. Love this place.

My boyfriend & I stayed overnight last night. For Valentine’s Day he got me a ring & I’ve never taken it off since. It’s so worn out but it’s special to me. I took it off this morning to shower and by the time I noticed I had left it in the hotel room we were already an hour away. My boyfriend immediately called and the hotel told him if they found anything they’d call him back & mail it to us. At that point I had lost hope and I cried the entire drive home. They actually called back and said they found it and will mail it to us! I’m honestly so surprised they were nice enough to help us like that. Therefor I’m giving this hotel 5 stars!

The most friendly hotel staffs I’ve ever encountered! Not to mention how very CLEAN this hotel was ! Much better than any other best western I been to! I would definitely come to this location again! A++++ for customer service & cleanliness!

This is a wonderful hotel in the northwoods. We were a large group that stayed 2 nights. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and were always asking what more they could do to help. Lolly helped us with everything from breakfast, to getting us a drink at the bar, or telling us about the surrounding community and offering directions. She could not have been more wonderful. Before arriving Shannon helped me multiple times with recommendations on where to eat with such a large group. Checkin was super easy. The students loved the pool/hot tub area and there were plenty of chairs and tables to relax in the nice warm environment. Brian, the owner, was always around making sure things were running smoothly. I can't say enough about how friendly and welcoming this hotel was. I stay in many many hotels throughout the year and I wish they were all this accommodating and friendly!

Very nice place, nice pool, nice hot tub, nice breakfast. They have spectrum which is a plus, however, the tv's are garbage can causing dark picture and low resolution. It's a shame when you have such great cable. I was very satisfied though

I always stay here when I'm in the area with my children. They love the pool. I love the cost and comfort. I can get a suite for myself and my children so that I can put them to bed and stay up without bothering them. We had a wonderful stay and will most likely be staying there again next month when we head up to visit my parents.

The Best Western in Crandon, WI is a very nice hotel. It was quiet and well appointed. Another plus that I always look for is that it is non smoking. A hefty fee is charged if evidence is found. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Another thing I liked that isn't found too often in hotels is soap dispensers in both the shower and sink areas. Also a dispenser for lotion and shampoo. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Clean, professional, extremely friendly staff, nice size and quiet room, and good breakfast!!
Great scenery around the property, grocery store is within walking distance, and overall a very nice place to stay.!!
I will definitly recommend Crandon Inn & Suites to family and friends!!

Great place to stay clean and friendly. Manager and employees very helpful patient and kind. Awesome free breakfast with waffles, eggs, beagle's, Ect Ect, 🤗
