I asked "would you please teach me sushi?" and was treated to a lesson in rice stickiness and temperature, sauces, cleanliness in fish handling, and more. Such kindness from a sushi chef/hostess/proprietor might only be possible via Tuesday lunch at a visually-unassuming diner in an isolated town, but it's more than enough to make me want to stop in Crandon again!

AMAZING SUSHI! I am SO impressed by the quality of the sushi! This is going to be a go-to restaurant when in the Crandon area!

The Sushi and sashimi were fresh and absolutely exceptional. My son and grandson and I tried half the menu, it was quite extensive. My husband enjoyed his homemade fries and cheeseburger, he's not a sushi fan. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Will be returning soon.

Not going to lie....I was skeptical-sushi in Crandon? We sat at the counter and the chef was AMAZING! He kept making off the menu creations. They were top notch. On par with any big city sushi. So fresh, so good. I wish I lived closer! I will be back! If you are new to sushi, the chef was very helpful with explanations and descriptions. Price can not be beat!

First people were so nice . Then sushi was some the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Then the burger was perfect.
I will be back with my family, you can order something for everyone here - and it’s all great.
The hard to see light blue sign is simply underrated - very relaxed casual atmosphere.

Great variety! You have choices like burgers, pizza, and pulled pork, along with many asian options like fried rice and sushi. I like the Godzilla roll or the Yikkuto Crunch roll (check spelling), which isn't too fishy and is perfectly proportioned for lunch.

Best pizza ever!!! We love it so much! We just discovered this place recently but our kids cant wait to visit and try this pizza so damn good!!

The pizza is outstanding my little brother says its the best he has even ate and the sushi is the best sushi i have ever ate!

It doesn't look like it but this place has excellent sushi. The bar food seems pretty good as well if you're not in to sushi.

Very personal service. Owners are wonderful. You can watch you sushi being made.
