Good food and good folks. Friendly. We had a huge order, and they got it right the first time. Highly recommended!

Pleasurable experience. Not crowded. Everything we ordered was good. The cashier was exceptionally nice.

They usually have pretty quick service here and the drive thru always has multiple cars so service is usually faster inside but good service especially for a chain food stop,its clean and they get orders right. So best bet walk in service is better if your in a rush to get in and out.

They have always gotten our orders correct. They are friendly and efficient. The food is great.

I'm new to the town and the staff was friendly. They even made sure I had hot chicken dropped fresh.

Couldn't understand the drive thru guy or what he was saying but it all worked out and food was great. Would have rated atmosphere different but I wemt drive - thru

Everything was clean, the employees were top notch... especially the young lady working the counter... Ruby.
Now let's look at that for a moment as I'm normally very critical of poor service. Ruby was just the opposite. She very pleasantly greeted us and then asked us if this was going to be dine-in or carry-out. As we were both a little unsure of what exactly we wanted to order, Ruby stepped in and helped guide us to the perfect meal. Going so far as to listen to her customers, and when I mentioned that I'd never tried the "spicy" chicken, she offered to make one of my smaller pieces a spicy peice so that I could make up my mind for the next visit to Popeyes. Brilliant! I didn't know you can mix them. Another problem solved by a good employee.
When my wife went to the counter to pick up our order I heard a small commotion and noticed that they were all talking as if they were all family. And that's when it hit me... That's the way it's supposed to be.

Popeye's franchise owner... Give this young lady a raise immediately. Look at moving her into management.
She has what so many have lost, the ability to work with and for others, making them feel like family.

It was very busy. The line was long and the staff kept it moving. They were pleasantly polite. The food was hot fresh and delicious!! Way to go!! Y'all rule!!!

I am from Illinois and we have Popeyes up there which is really good fast food. The quality of our popeyes in Illinois is nothing compared to the amazing chicken, biscuits and fried we got here! Also the staff in the restaurant was so nice. If I lived close, I would be back again soon!

wonderful tasteing chicken at Popeyes, good biscuits, and that dirty rice is the best. What's up with this chicken sandwich? I don't get it,it's only hot or mild mayonnaise and two big pickles , What about the chicken thigh and add tomatoes and lettuce with the mayonnaise ?

Morning time is better, the chicken is hotter once you get it, you can't eat it right away just his I likes it to be. At night not like that, someone needs to check on the night crew

Service was fast & accurate. Spicy chicken sandwich was quite expensive but it made up for it in taste & size‼ Don't switch up later on down the line.

Definitely a friendly staff, hot and fresh chicken, and one of the shortest wait times every time I come.
