I had the most pleasant experience!! They did everything to help me get the best rate to send something to my fiance who's deployed!! Then the address wasn't registering, so they called and did everything they could to help me make sure my package got to where it n needed to be!!! Thank you so much!!

I went in to ask a few questions about a package that was sent out from pretty much across the highway and it’s been nearly a week now, and the lady proceeded to laugh in my face. you would think they would be more considerate, considering it’s we the people who pay them. Very unprofessional.
