The BEST! My husband organized a crawfish boil in Oregon for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. I’m from Louisiana and we thought it’d be fun to bring one of our traditions up here for friends and family.

They arrived alive, good sized, and as planned on the morning of and everything went off without a hitch. I know he talked to them multiple times trying to coordinate poundage and shipping times to make sure they got across the country on time and their customer service was amazing! Hoping this was a start to a new tradition! We will be ordering in the future!

This is one of the best experiences I've had, ordering crawfish online. This is my first time ordering from here, but it won't be my last. They send you seasonings, bibs, a drink coozie, and a shirt. That is the kind of service you can really brag about. The crawfish are nice sized and hardly any dead ones. I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough about Louisiana Crawfish Company! I have ordered 30 pound and 10 pound packages of live crawfish. My friends have ordered whole gator(s), gator nuggets, frog legs, and turtle meat. Luckily, I've been a part of eating all of it. Everything is fresh and delicious! I did have a SNAFU with FedEx, botching a delivery, but LCC was all over it with options for re-delivery! Customer service has been lacking since the psy op in 2020, but LCC is on top of it. I highly recommend them for everything and anything they sell! Love having the bayou delivered to the 406! A very happy and satisfied customer in Montana!

We’ve been ordering 30-50 lbs of crawfish for the last three years and have nothing but great things to say about this company! We live in Indiana, and shipping is always on time and the fish are fresh. Big fans! 👍

*Update: Holy shamoly! Just made your crawfish etouffee recipe using some of the leftover tail meat we froze from our recent order. We could not stop eating it. We ate and we ate and we ate. Without hesitation I can say your recipe made some of the most delicious etouffee any of us have ever tasted in our lives! The only minor change I made was adding a few stalks of chopped celery to the recipe... you know, just to complete the holy trinity. This is an epically delicious recipe!!! Thanks for giving us a little piece of heaven way out here in the desert in Tombstone, Arizona!

Ordered some crawfish for my annual memorial day cookout. I ordered 20 pounds of their field run with their seasoning kit. There were quite a few large ones in it and they shipped them overnight to my front door. I purged them overnight to make sure there were no dead ones and threw them in my boil and everyone enjoyed them. They were a lot better than anything o could have bought locally.

This was our first time ever doing a Crawfish Boil. The ordering process with the lady on the phone was fabulous. She helped us order & have it delivered to us on a Saturday. My husband & I were a little concerned, because we weren’t going to cook them till Sunday. I unpacked them, then put ice in the cooler & ice on top of them to keep them cold. The you tube video was a tremendous help with the step by step process. We ordered 30 pounds & only lost 6. Our guest all enjoyed them & are still talking about it. We will be definitely ordering again. Kudos to the girls answering our questions.

We've been ordering from LA Crawfish Co for over 16 years for an annual boil. They have been accommodating every time we ran into an issue, even when it was a problem with the shipper. They have always been courteous and helpful. Awesome group of people there!

If your ordering, this is by far the best outfit I have ever used. They come as delivered and as fresh as can be. And some great sizes. They have a yearly customer now. I was inpressed how fresh they were on delivery. I needed to keep them alive for 2 days for my party. Damp towel and ice trick... only a few floaters. Ill be sure to always order from this company for all my boils in the future.

How this place has 4.5 and not 5 stars is beyond me. I'm a travel nurse from New Orleans currently in Alaska for the past 7 months and have 3 more to go. I love it here but I have to have my home cooking. My freezer is stocked with goodness from home. My deliveries and customer service have been beyond satisfactory. I had 2 orders get messed up by the delivery company and I was instantly given great service to replace items. I ordered 10lbs of crawfish to cook for a friend and me here. Every one was alive, that's HUGE!! And they were pretty good sized. They were great and loved teaching my friend how to eat them. Lol. I will order from only Louisiana Crawfish Company no matter where my work takes me. Thank you for keeping this Louisiana girl happy so far from home.

So happy!!! I ordered jumbo blue crab and have never tasted anything better. They actually threw in 3 extra on top of what I ordered. All, yes. ALL of them were alive! Will definitely be ordering again. Thank You!!

Got craving some mudbugs and bumped into Louisiana Crawfish Co online. They made ordering easy. Great customer service, too! Crawfish arrived Saturday morning and went into the cook pot later that day. Friends and neighbors had a great time!

After 13 years using Cajun Grocer for our crawfish boils we switched away due to the decline in service and quality we experienced the last three years. Louisiana Crawfish Co, came through with perfect delivery and crawfish that were in the best condition we had seen in a long time.

We had a question about the delivery nitice we received from UPS and when we called they were knowledgeable about our order, friendly and helpful. We have found a new supplier!

I've been ordering from LA Crawfish for a few years for a Father's Day BBQ and other family events. I previously had an issue with a customer service policy change that was quickly remedied when Avery reached out to rectify the issue and provide me with a solution that kept me as a customer and changed my mind on my previous dissatisfaction. The quality is always great, and if it isn't they stand by their product - and they really do care about keeping customers. They've kept me as a customer for a very long time to come - Thank you!

Never ever ever have crawfish shipped from this company! Ordered 60 lbs of crawfish a week ahead, they charged my card and we had huge boil planned with people coming from out of town. Drove an hour to fedex where they were to be delivered and nothing. Called company and all they said was we didn’t ship your crawfish. It was human error on our part. That’s it. No other explanation, not we’re sorry, how about 1 free crawfish, nothing. I know mistakes happen but they didn’t give a rip. Never again and myself and 40 other people are spreading the word.

UPDATE!!!!! A very nice lady (Avery) from LA Crawfish contacted me today and apologized profusely for what happened. Not sure but guessing she’s a manager or owner, she knew nothing about what happened and after apologizing over and over she made things as right. I hate now that I left a negative review but along with not receiving crawfish and sensing an I don’t care attitude from employee I was upset. I now will change my review to 5 stars as we all make mistakes. Will spread the word and will be a lifelong customer of LA Crawfish!

Second year I've used these guys. I'm in Colorado. I can't sing their praises enough. We host a 30-40 person party, and you get a bit anxious on having your bugs show up alive and on time. Both times, it's exceptional. Big bugs, hardly any waste, impressive results from the purge, and the delivery has been on time, which is a HUGE deal. thanks a million from me and my party, it was a big hit. Plus, your guys seasoning is on point. Cheers!

LA Crawfish is the only company you need to get good quality Cajun products with excellent customer service. I regularly order their fresh boiled crawfish, and they are always cooked perfectly and spiced perfectly. Their shipping is automatic and flawless, and their people and customer service are the best!!!

If you're on the fence about having seafood shipped in, let this review be your deciding factor. As someone who grew up in Maryland and unlimited access to blue crab,I have to say this was phenomenal. From the
