Dunes Inn & Suites

We came down for the weekend. It is in a great location. We had easy access to the beach and all the local shops and places to eat!!!! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our cooling and heating unit didn’t work but we were provided a heater to knock the chill off. The weather is still a little cool this time of year.

Our room was very big and super clean. The king size bed was super comfortable and huge. The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning, checking in and out and offering recommendations! The little doggie Jake was adorable and a nice surprise when visit the office. Would definitely recommend!!!

This is my first time saying that this place but I'm very happy the bathrooms are humongous the clerk when I came to check in early which was around 12:00 noon checking wasn't until 4:00 p.m. she let me check in early and the room was phenomenal and her personality was very fun and jovial and very kind I will definitely be staying here again because the prices are just fantastic

Wonderful stay! Booked a double queen with kitchen. Overlooked the pool. Ground floor. Room was very clean. Stayed 4 days. Never saw one bug. Very quiet.

The front staff have all been amazing! The coffee is on time every morning. The room was clean and nicely turned down. I will be back to stay again!

Our room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The beach, and most everywhere you want to visit, is within walking distance.

My sister, daughter, and I had a great girls weekend this past weekend. The room was clean and the bathroom was huge. There was even plenty of room for a roll away in our room. The pool water was refreshing and clean.
Joy and the rest of the staff made our stay super easy. They were fun to talk and joke with. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel.

A great little motel within walking distance of the beach. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Had an extended stay here for over a week. Basic but comfortable rooms (rooms in the main/front building are a little bigger than the annex). Dog friendly, which is a plus. All hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly and welcoming. Joy at reception was especially helpful. The location was great, being only a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again.

We have been staying here for the past 3 years now and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are clean and just enough for a beach stay. The staff is super nice and helpful and you are walking distance to everything!

We stayed in the mini suite! It’s a nice place to stay for the money. It was clean, it was big enough for six people and it was cheap! I really liked this place and we will stay again. If you are looking for review to make you mind up on whether or not to stay, just do it! It is definitely worth it. I saved money staying here and used that elsewhere to have fun. We could walk everywhere. It is so close to the beach, restaurants and more. 💙

We had a great time for spring break hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, 7 of us stay comfortable in the room double bed pull out couch spacious room with mini kitchen i would definitely recommend this motel so close to the beach stores and restaurants. my kids loved the pool could keep them out of it ;)

Great stay!!! We had a first floor room and the noise from the room above us was sickening.(only bad part) Joy at the front office is incredible 😍. Perfect location maybe a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach. Will stay again!!

We had to find an alternative, affordable place to stay after we found our original hotel unacceptable. We saw the sign for this place and went it to see if they could accommodate us and wow did they! We got the cutest beach themed room with the most beautiful shower I've seen! The outdoor pool was beautiful and clean. As was the entire property! The staff was AWESOME! I highly recommend The Dunes on Tybee Island! It's spaciousness and gives you plenty of room options and prices! Only a block from the beach ⛱, easy walking rather than pay for parking. South end of the Island, near the pier.

Con... There was a broken pipe or some form of a leak in our bathroom. The floor tile in the bathroom would squishy and water would squish around it. There was mold in the shower.

Rooms were remodeled, kinda small but you only spend a few hours in your room while on vacation. Hotel was right across from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great price!
