Tybee Golf Carts - Tybee's Original Since 2011

We were recommended Tybee Golf Carts by a local and can't imagine having better service anywhere else. Coming in from out of town they worked with me on adjusting my reservation which included one less day and even offered me a refund. They went over all the island driving requirements quickly and efficiently and reviewed a map of preferable roads. They were flexible on our return time since it was New Year's Day and very helpful when we had a minor mishap with our cart. Having a golf cart during our visit to Tybee proved invaluable! I can't imagine touring the island any other way.

These were fun to drive and an alternative to driving a car. It was easy to have 4 people here. 2 in the front and 2 in the back. Prices were inexpensive especially when splitting in a group. Seats were comfortable. The golf cart was easy to drive and get around. The process did not take too long. Great service. It was also easy to drop off when we were finished.

The OG of cart rentals on the island. Great for cruising around, and each cart comes with a parking decal. Be careful of the island safety rules and state laws - wear your seatbelt; only licensed drivers may drive; most slow golf carts are not registered for legal street driving, so GDOT and GSP do not allow golf carts on route 80, and you may only cross 80 at a stop light (Campbell, Jones, or 14th St).

Wonderful customer service. Loved the Stagg that works there. These were the cheapest we could find on the island and we enjoyed it so much. It was a perfect addition for our vacation. We explored the whole island in 24 hours in the day and night. Got us everywhere quick and efficiently. We will definitely be doing this again.

Great customer service. They provide great instructions and a map, on how to get around the island. They offered to come pick up the golf cart on the day we were checking out.

Amazing price on a 6 seater for 24 hours, we couldn't believe it! Was within walking distance from our site at Rivers End campground and they even deliver and pickup if you're in need. Great customer service. Definitely would recommend. Having a cool golf cart to use to explore the entire island definitely was the highlight of our trip and made all the difference to our teenagers.

Great place to rent golf carts. Alot better than riding around in a car. More like the beach life feel!. And free parking pass comes with the rental. 👍they have 6 seater but a little on the pricey side. Better off getting 2 4 seaters for less $$

Rented two golf carts for a week. The business contacted me well in advance for details on what we needed. Picking up was so easy!!! The personnel were friendly and also gave maps and explained all we needed to know about golf carts and rules! Will go back next year for our rental needs! Thank you!

Easy check-in / check-out process. They give very helpful information when you pick up your cart. Very thorough with how to park, where you can drive, best paths to take, restaurants and other helpful tips.

Myself & 3 friends went to this location to rent a golf cart to explore Tybee Island and I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. The staff was amazing, kind & fun to work with. I was the only one able to drive my vehicle & the golf cart and they were kind enough to take us to drop my vehicle at our rental home and they even brought us back there when we had to return the cart! Thank you all for a wonderful wonderful experience... Harmony, you're so awesome! Thank you!

Rent a Cart for 5 Days.. reservation was made many months ahead of time. They contacted me when our time was about here. When we got there we picked our card up. Returned it back on time. We really enjoy having the golf cart on the island. It's the perfect way to get around.

This place is great. The prices are good, the staff are friendly and informative, and having a golf cart on this trip was very helpful and a lot of fun. I don't know how it compares to the other golf cart places, but it worked for us and I recommend it.

Always friendly staff! Best way to get around Tybee! My fam and dogs love taking one around the island, especially at night! Parking is paid for with it. Highly recommend Tybee Golf Carts to anyone coming to visit! Leave your car parked, save parking fees, see all the nooks and crannies of Tybee!

Beth W reserved our golf cart rental on line and we picked it up on Tuesday morning 5/16/23. We were staying at a Bed & Breakfast in the area. We found out we only had 1 parking space, which was listed on the B&B’s website, I over looked this important detail. We called the welcome center and was told we had to park at one of the two public parking lots on the south end of the island and it would be $4 per hour from 8am - 8pm for a total of $48 per day ! We went back to the Tybee Golf Cart Rental and spoke with Harmony about our parking dilemma. She so kindly explained that we could park along the curb on 80, as long as the curb wasn’t painted yellow. She was a life saver. Thank you Harmony. You were so kind and helpful.

Excellent service. Our cart broke down & we rec'd a replacement right away! We enjoy riding around the island not worrying about paying for parking. 3rd yr that we have rented & plan on it next yr.

Our 3rd time renting with Tybee Golf Carts. Such sweet ladies in that office! They always go over the rules clearly and answer any new questions we may have thoroughly. We’ve never had any issues.

Hands down one of the best experiences. Customer service was amazing. Called after hours number on a day they were closed and they came to us to check the issue. Even offered us a different cart if issue couldn’t be resolved. (Turns out the battery light wouldn’t reset and the golf cart was fine) Very impressed with this business. Will absolutely use them again!

From the staff to the price and especially the quality of the golf carts, this was absolutely the place to go. Getting the family around in a 6 person cart was ideal for the island. The prepaid parking perk was great too. We had a great staff member who explained the rental and then gave us a detailed description of how to get around. 10/10 would recommend and rent with this company again. Absolutely great!
