Kaybee of Macon

I worked with Dewayne for a month purchasing 12 suits for a wedding. He was fabulous!!! He was extremely prompt at responding to emails, returning phone calls. Kept track of all 12 different various sizes. This was not first experience with Dewayne. I have been buying shoes at Kaybee for a few years and he is always so welcoming and helpful. Dewayne is the reason I shop Kaybee. So so helpful

I learned of this location because of working in the downtown Macon area. Oh my goodness!! How amazing could this store possibly be?! WONDERFUL customer service from the time we walked in the door. We were greeted by at least three people when we walked in. We told them we were there to look at shoes on the second floor and were directed to the elevator. The elevator opened and there was an employee waiting to escort us up to the shoe room. Once upstairs, he took AMAZING care of my son; letting him try on several pairs of Nike’s until he found the perfect pair! This store is wonderful! We live over an hour away and will be returning for EVERY sneaker purchase from here on out. I will make the drive all day, every day to go here! Thank you so much Kaybee! You guys are awesome and made my son’s 16th birthday a forever memorable experience!

Great prices, exceptional customer service, inviting atmosphere

Check out Kaybee for your new shoes and apparel. Everyone in the store was really nice and greeted us. Shout out to Jarmell for helping my daughter find the shoes she wanted. He took his time and was very nice and respectful.

If you're in the Macon area and haven't been, you're missing out. Pop on the elevator, go to the 2nd floor and be amazed at selection of shoes.

This is a store I can go to and find anything I want. I also have to comment on the fact that they will make a deal for you if you are buying a whole lot of stuff. I love this store and they treat everyone like they’re family or friends!

My first time visiting this place I was on vacation from Wisconsin. I was supposed to stop back before I left ga but didn't get a chance to although I will definitely be making a trip there from Wisconsin again soon.

This place has a warm old school feel and is extremely welcoming I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to shop for me regardless of style. From urban, dressings up, or sport this is where you want to be.

P.s. don't go next door to GQ they tried to rip me off and the service was horrible...

Awesome staff. First floor clothes are awesome. Shoe selection is great. Upstairs where the athletic shoes are is crazy good. I have been a client of theirs and have worked for them for many years and they are the real deal. Very kind and very honest. Easy to do business with them.

Even though I have never been to Kaybee of Macon, the experience I have had while buying items over the phone has been nothing but perfect. Garrett has had incredible follow through, and my items have been shipped in a timely manor. I highly recommend doing business with this store!

Omggg I LOVE IT HERE.!❣ As soon as we stepped into the store we were greeted by Scotty with hello "lovebirds" which felt great. Then he was pleasant, friendly, funny and generous. The store is filled with great quality name brand clothes. Upstairs tho.......that's where it's at where the sneakers are Monica was such an angel she went above and beyond for me and my fiance. Scotty is willing to look out and throw you a deal or two. We got engagement rings there we got our fingers sized and rings fitted all in one spot. The lady with the dope green low cut hooked us up....... definitely a regular now 😏😁

This is a great palce to shop. I have been coming to Kay Bee for nearly all of my life. My grandparents use to bring me to Kay Bee as a child. That was nearly 30 year ago now and I am still a customer. The customer services is GREAT. Garrick is a sales associate who always help me find what I’m looking for. He calls and remind me when things that I like are on sale at the store. Great people, great environment and helpful and friendly staff.

I like being able to go in the store and be greeted by a sales associate who stays with you throughout your shopping experience. I never have to look for anyone to ask questions. I like the selection of tennis shoes they have so that my kids are happy and can get the shoe they want.
