Sea and Breeze Hotel and Condo

I’ve stayed in fancier places all over the island, but this will be our go to from now on. It’s not super luxurious, but the staff is A+ and you cannot beat the location. I have never experienced so much Tybee with so little distance to walk. The pool was a little cloudy, but my kids loved it. For the amazing price, super easy free parking and insanely perfect location, we are willing to give up being fancy. This is the most fun my family has had at any hotel in the southeast by far.

Delightful getaway during the down season! Clean rooms and comfy beds. Loved the close access to the beach as well as the walking distance to great shopping on the main drag! Too cold to get in the pool but we will definitely come back with the family when it's warmer!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Paris made our stay incredibly comfortable. He even helped us find the perfect spot for a Wednesday brunch. Can’t wait to go back!

Friendly and helpful staff. No real complaints. Location placement for most of the sights and fun in the area. Big shout-out to Paris at the front desk.

The floors could use a good scrubbing but other than that you are less than a block from the ocean which you can see from hotel.

This is located RIGHT on south Beach! I've stayed here twice and loved it each time. The staff is beyond friendly, they give GREAT service!! Shout-out to Ron who made sure check in was super easy. He even came out on the street and said, "Mrs. Kim your room is ready!!!". I was completely blown away by how absolutely wonderful his service was. 10/10 recommend. Even the maintenance man is friendly and shared some great history about the place. We love Tybee and we love this hotel!

I just stayed 1 night on Sept. 8, 2022. Last minute trip and totally unsure of the hotels on Tybee. Almost chose 2 others, because it's hard to tell from the outside whether it's decent or not. There's some visible rust (from the street) on the railings from the salt air. Doesn't help the perception of the quality. I was afraid the website photos may look way better than reality, but the rooms are just like the photos. Very clean, no carpet, plenty towels, and overall nice room. You can tell the hotel has some age to it, but the rooms are nicely updated. I checked a couple different rooms and even met some people hanging out at the balcony who complimented their rooms. Onsite parking was great and I could watch my car from above. Right in the middle of things and only a few steps to the pier and restaurants. I stayed on a Thurs night so the rate was a little less than Fri, but in comparison to others in the area and considering it's location, it's a great deal.

I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for my final night in Savannah Georgia.. We wanted to be on Tybee Island and have one final night together before my fiancé went on a 6 month work trip to Europe.. The hotel on the outside was a little old looking but was a perfect location to the beach and the Main Street where we got lighthouse pizza right outside our room..parking was a bit tight but I was able to park my lifted truck no problem.. The room it self was very cute, my only two cons about this place was the TV was a little small and outdated. And I could hear people yelling outside of the bar two buildings down but didn’t hear a peep from them after 11pm

THIS place is awesome! It’s super close to EVERYTHING (stores, restaurants, the beach) Park your car at the hotel, check in and walk around!! (Every where else is pay for parking) The rooms are safe feeling and like normal motel clean, but definitely not dirty! I enjoyed it so much we came back two weekends in a row! The staff is funny, nice and understanding! They have also have a pool so that’s a plus! But you can’t beat the price for being this close to the beach!! LOVE IT! Thank you.

LOVED EVERY MOMENT HERE!!! This was my first time staying on Tybee and the location of this hotel is perfect. There’s so many great restaurants & bars feet away! Plenty of shops to rack up on souvenirs. I was so happy to be steps away from the beach & pier, plus the added bonus of an on sight pool was great. Customer service was wonderful and accommodating, Paris was very helpful! I had many questions about where to venture while I was there to be sure I made the most of my trip. I came with my parents to celebrate their anniversary and the hotel went out of their way to make them feel special. I will definitely be back soon, I found my spot!

Our stay here was great and served its purpose. Sure the motel is older but the rooms have been redone. Sure some of the handles were missing from the dresser or a light was out but it didn't affect my stay. We came to go to the beach not sit in the room. The office staff was super friendly. We arrived before check in, but they gave us a parking pass so we didn't have to pay to park while we waited for our room. And they even called to tell me our room was ready early. Would stay here again. Great location to EVERYTHING. Parked at the hotel and never had to move the car the whole time.

LOVE!!! It has a retro feel outside but it is updated and clean. Rooms are nice. Located in downtown right near the pier. Lots of restaurants and bars (The Sand Bar is a must!!! And we had breakfast at Sunrise, loved both) Cannot wait to come back!!!!

We Loved are stay at the Sea & Breeze Hotel. The room was clean & nice. The staff came by daily to clean. The receptionist even went out of his way to help me with a parking pass for my Parents. Thank you all again. We intend on coming back soon

My family and I stay at the Sea and Breeze every time we come to Tybee. We love it! It has a great location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. My kids love the big second floor pool and nothing beats just being steps away from our favorite restaurants/bars. Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Ok, we stayed here during spring break for my boyfriends birthday and it’s honestly the best location you can ask for. You’re literally on the strip, parking is included. Wet Willys is right under it, so is Raw sushi. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette and it was nicer than I expected. The price was awesome too. Sure it looks a little run down, but hey it’s the beach man you’re there to get out of your room not sulk in it. Definitely recommend, definitely coming back. GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY !

I have absolutely no complaints. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the hotel was less than 5 minutes from the beach.

The stay was nice but the staff was amazing!! They were so accommodating and kind. It is close to EVERYTHING. Park under the hotel and you can walk to everything. It does get kinda loud at night, (because of the bars down town) but nothing the air conditioner won't drowned out. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. I makes for GREAT people watching!!!

"Big Daddy" let me check in early and was a pleasure to talk to. Service was top notch. Parking is super convenient and the location can't be beat. Honestly, the outside looked kind of sketchy at first but lets face it.....Tybee Island was built up mainly during the 30's-70's so all the buildings have aged. Don't let this discourage you though. The room was perfectly clean, very inviting, and super comfortable. You simply CANNOT find a better place to stay for the price. Rates are MORE THAN REASONABLE and the location again just cannot be beat. You are steps away from all of the action, steps away from the beach, and perched dead center on the main drag of Butler Street and Tybresia Street. I would suggest you walk half a block down the road to the Sand Bar for amazing drinks, great food (est burger on the Island) and a great time. play some pool, get drunk, and walk back home. Sen N Breeze is now my only hotel of choice while visiting family on the Island.

Very close to the beach. Rooms were decent and felt clean. Restaurants are a very short walk away. Staffing is amazing. Had problem with third party booking and credit card company and the associates worked adamantly on my case. Specifically the assistant general manager, Paris, was extremely helpful.
