High Tide Surf Shop

Absolutely amazing surf/skate shop with a very large selection! The staff are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I bought a board while I was here and I couldn't be happier with it! Definitely a great spot for any skateboard needs from wheels and bearing to completes. I would highly recommend stopping.

This store is a great shopping experience and you don't have to pay for parking!

This is the coolest surf shop out there! The clothes are so pretty. I'd like to buy one of everything you've got. We bought a couple new bikinis 👙 ☺, shorts and a new top. We're definitely coming back. The girls are amazing! 🌻

Had the pleasure of shopping at @hightidesurfshops located off of coastal Tybee Georgia! They have A large selection of board Rentals, an even larger BOARD ROOM with all the top brands! Great apparel selection and the best part is their team! I was assisted by the 3 ladies there tonight and all of them were top notch! Customer service stood out and made a visitor feel like a local! Mad love to the entire team over there! Bummed I didn’t get to meet shop dog Otis but he was probably off jumping the mayor with his loveable smooshy face! Aloha!

Don’t waste your time with any other surf shop on Tybee. This is the place. The store is immaculate, with amazing prices and amazing staff. They’re so helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming again on my next visit! Thanks guys!

Went in this store yesterday to get advice on some skimboards i purchased used and the fact that i am trying to learn on them. Emily went ahead and worked on one of them that had some old wax right away, place new pads on it and gave me some pointers. One of the coolest persons working at a store that I have met in awhile. I know where to go if I'm in Tybee for any needs while i learn the sport.

Kristen at High Tide has gone above and beyond! There was a manufacturer defect with a shirt I purchased, and she made sure I was sent a replacement quickly. Excellent customer service!

Came here with my daughter while visiting Tybee. Emily was great and helped my daughter with new wheels and trucks for her skateboard. Everyone was great!

Always love coming to this shop every summer. Best selections of shorts and shirts. Ari is also wonderful and super helpful. She didn't have the size I needed in a t-shirt so she printed one for me right in the store. Keep doing what you do👍

This place is without a doubt the best shop! If you go to one store on Tybee go to this one, the selection of stickers and clothes is more than enough but the helpfulness and kindness of the employees is even more of a reason to go. We take family vacations every year to tybee and make it a point to go to this store because it is so great and always has something amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough 100/10.

First time being in tybee Island and this shop is in my opinion the best shop on the island has a bunch of name brand surf brands and awesome tybee style clothing! Highly recommended!!

I had the best time shopping at High Tide Surf Shop. Hannah and Ariel helped me find T shirts as presents for my wife and daughter, and I saved $5 bucks by buying two. There was a non-stop steady flow of customers whom they helped while I was there, but were never too busy to answer my questions and check back on me as I shopped. The vibe between the two ladies was that they were there to enthusiastically help all who were in the store, and I thought they were an incredible asset to the shop and it’s patrons. I was really just in Savannah on a quick business trip, and decided to go see the ocean at Tybee Island. I am a landlocked surfer so just dipping my toes in the sand is therapeutic for me, but after my wonderful experience at High Tide Surf Shop, I almost forgot to turn right and go towards the ocean a few more block up, because “my cup was full” after such a great experience! Bravo and be encouraged y’all! Shaka!

This shop rocks. I had some issues with the board I bought from them and arielle reached out to me personally and made sure I was well taken care of. They stand behind their products and take customer service very seriously. This is a family owned business that takes very good care of their customers. I was really impressed in how they responded to my issue. I will be going back for sure to get my next board. Great local shop. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

Legit high quality products. High Tide has an impressive selection of skateboards, surfboards, roller skates, clothing and accessories. The employees were helpful and chill. Don’t even go to the other shops in Tybee just hit High Tide first and you’ll be golden. Too bad summer can’t go on forever.

Very very nice shop. Went looking for something specifically but found more enjoyment and excitement speaking with Bill and his wife. They are the most down to earth and coolest people you would ever want to meet. I will be back just to see how they are doing and to hear a little bit more about Cali!!!

Knew exactly what brands we wanted before we walked in the door. Only the best stuff here-it's not a crab boardwalk shop. The owner was super sweet and attentive. She handed my friend and I every single shoe we wanted to try on (and trust me there were many!) She was so great that we went in there to buy one pair for $50 and ended up spending $130 on two pair.

This is the best store on Tybee Island. The staff and managers are friendly and very helpful. The prices are the best on the Island. The Merchandise is top Quality. This is a hidden jewel of a store.
