Don't let their simple surroundings fool you. These folks know what they're doing with BBQ. Generous portions of meat in the sandwich.The BBQ was very reasonably priced.

The BBQ was great, the service was great. Will de go back next time I am in the area......the Stew was great, would of been better with rice, but it was still great, everything has great flavor and was portions were perfect. The price was very reasonable, We loved it!!

I got the brisket sandwich. It was piled high, and the brisket was tender and juicy. Good flavor, and the sweet tea was excellent. Will definitely visit next time I'm in Sparta!

The food is unbelievable! We had pork bbqs, brisket and ribs and all were phenomenal! The atmosphere is so friendly and the service is great! Love it all

Great Bbq!!!!! Great Brunswick Stew!!!!! Sandwiches are huge!! Like all great BBQ, sauce is vinegar/tomato based. Very good. If you can catch them, they have real meat skins available saturday mornings. They tend to go quick though. BBQ chicken is great too. Ive tried BBQ all over the state and even "award winning" well known brands.. Straws beats them hands down. What more do you need to know!! :D

BBQ Sandwich was good. So was the sweet tea. FyI the sauce is vinegar based.

Great BBQ, had been by the place a hundred times and never stopped. But I was in the area and went to eat BBQ and it was amazing. Very good BBQ, it was well worth stopping in .go try and you will like it
