Your employee, the older lady with the glasses told me if I didn’t like city drug’s services to look for another pharmacy.. all because I questioned why wasn’t all of my son’s medicine filled. She was very rude. To protect myself I always record and I have her recorded telling me what she said. Her customer service skills are weak and she does not deserve to work and represent that store. Instead of reassuring me, she basically told me to my face that she doesn’t care about my services and the well being of people! I will be making reviews about this experience on every platform!

The older lady with glasses told me that if I had a problem with them then to go find another Pharamcy. All because I was not understanding why my doctor called in medicine to be picked up for a certain day but the lady said that I couldn’t pick up my medicine until the day after what my doctor said. Very very rude. I will never go there again.
