Today I came as a translator to make an appearance, I called by phone but no one answered so we came in person. The Receptionist by the name Rocio greet us with excellent customer service, she listened as well, I really believe this is the type of service we all need to have when we go to any place! So Glad they Have Rocio now and whising every Receptionist in the mimic her Great Customer Service!

Morton Clinic staff is thoughtful and always has been very Professional. Gloria Boyd and Nichole Slater have been godsends to me, during my time recovering from long term Covid. Also the pharmacy has always had my prescription ready on time. Wait time on the phone, has gone down considerably from three years ago.

Absolutely amazing staff stating with Front desk persons till doctors and lab,pharmacy etc they are so kind ,profesional, i can said lovely with patients im so happy to be part of morton facility !! I recommend them !!if you want to be treated like a human !! Thank you Morton clinic’s

During the first of the pandemic I lost my job and my health insurance. I knew Morton Health Care offered affordable services. I went and fell in love. Yes, they cater to people who can’t afford healthcare, but they are so awesome that once I had a job and insurance I still chose to go there. The facility is clean, modern, and best of all compassionate, caring and friendly. They are prompt, and professional. The best one on one healthcare I have received since 2010. So, why would I ever want to change? Some snobbery from other special services providers is occurring. They believe I must be indigent if I choose to go to Morton, even though I have BCBS insurance!
Why can’t you just accept? Not a financial issue, it is a service issue.
All medical facilities could learn from their model!!!

I love Morton Health! The staff is very friendly, from the moment you enter your greeted by the security officer and my nurse has always responded to any messages I have left. My NP Jan Figart is simply down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She takes time to hear me out without making me feel like I am taking up too much time.
The pharmacy is super fast in filling my scripts.
I can get my blood work and x-rays done at thr same facility. Big plus!

Love all the Ladys at the Front Desk Windows... they're soo sweet and helpful .. 10/10 would recommed

Many thanks to Andrew and Meredith there at Morton health! They went above and beyond to return my misplaced phone. Last Friday I visited a doctor there and took their Morton van home. I unknowingly left my phone on the van and didn’t realize it until it was too late on Friday to call. Oh no!! First thing Saturday morning I called and spoke with Meredith in the pharmacy. She contacted Andrew, the facility health Director, and he took the steps to check the vans and find my phone. Then he took it upon himself to deliver it to me at home! Thank you guys so much. Kudos!

Morton has changed drastically over the years i would like to start off by saying. Took a friend here for a couple appointments. Quick efficient and friendly staff. The initial process took maybe 30 minutes including paperwork which was amazing to say the least! But the reason Im really leaving a review is because of Ms Rochelle, she schedules appointments by phone… this God sent woman is so professional, kind and truly loving individual! Yes, all that was felt by phone and MORTON she drastically deserves a raise, promotion and free lunch for a year!!!! Seriously. If you get the honor of getting Rochelle on the other line when booking your appointment, tell her I said hi, 👋🏽 again! 😁 she embodies love ❤

I went here for dental work and so far am very pleased with them. The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had extractions done and the dentist and hygienists were very nice and took time to explain everything. It was probably the most painless dental work I've ever had done and they even did an xray after the extractions to make sure there were no fragments left in. I would definitely recommend them.

I don't understand all the issues I've seen on here for other people. I'm sorry tho they went thru that. But my eldest son was a past patient and we always had good care. I go to WIC and all the ladies are always very nice to me. When on WIC office couldn't get me in until a month after my baby was born, at Morton it was a walk in and they helped me immediately. Now recently I am a patient. I just went in and talked to someone and they set up an appointment. The staff has always been nice. My appointment went well, nurse was super sweet, nurse practitioner was just as nice, then the doctor was the best I've encountered in a while. I needed a referral for a knee injury to a specialist, Ava from Referrals got right on it. They always answer the phone when I call. Always seem very helpful. My partner and my mom are also patients on the sliding scale pay. So, they have a copay. It's in your paperwork. And some insurances require a co pay.
It's always clean in there. Security and front desk people have always been friendly. I would give a 💯 if I could. Morton has not given me any other reason not to. Plus I even switched my kiddos over to Morton.
I think if someone has an issue, just talk with them. If you need to switch doctors, then switch your doctor.

I was very impressed. They were very clean and organized. Friendly, but professional. We recently lost our insurance, so of course, someone gets sick. They took lab and xrays, and the cost was very little more than our copay used to be! The NP we saw (Jan) was absolutely fantastic! So personable and easy to talk to. Her MA -forgot her name but she had just received her 2nd vaccine; I got mine the day before so we were commiserating. As for medical quality- he had been to 2 other doctors, had a COVID swab, tested negative so was sent on his way. Jan noticed the scarring in his lungs . He'd HAD it when we went to the other 2 docs in November. Great catch!

I love my Dr. Sondra Morton! She is so kind to me and very thorough. The referral dept is the best! They work very hard to get the best specialists... I can't say enough... My appts are always prompt and my team is on time.. I never wait long..

Morton was the place i could get care when i was at the lowest in financial situations and no insurance. And to my surprize, their service was great in quality and customer service as well. I had an assumption of the service mirroring the cost; but i am glad i was wrong. Not only they have great care but they are a blessing to a lot of people who have no access to health care.

Went there for the first time last week. They picked me up (with free shuttle) and the building is very modern and clean. The receptionist was friendly said good morning and was helpful in me finding the behavioral health area. I had Dr. Lussier (pronounced Lucy-A) it's French. She was EXTREMELY nice and friendly. She actually spent the time to get to know me and see what would actually help me and not just "push" meds like other Drs I've seen in the past. We talked for just over an hour and I left with a new understanding of my mental illness and one thing she said "why are you on 6 different psych meds, I think you might be over medicated" that's one of the reason I stopped taking them a month ago. Yeah that was a gamble, but it was worth it to finally get the help and meds I need to TRY and function in every day life lol. She made a good suggestion of one on one therapy, I think it is a good idea.. so I'm making that appointment next month when i go back.. I have to wait cuz the therapist is new her name is Suzanne. If she's anything like Dr Lussier I think I'll be in good hands. So idk why there are so many bad reviews? I definitely recommend this place at least for psychiatric assistance 🙂

Building is super clean, staff are mostly friendly. I haven't had one bad experience here, this is where I get my medication and go for my medical needs this place is so well kept and nicely ran.

Lots of reviews are from people that expect free health care like it's the mayo clinic.
They have helped me get my insulin and my meds so I cam survive. It's a good clinic and if people don't like it they don't have to come.

Staff is very nice. Gave me refill by just calling in. No extra doctor visit. Usually run on time better than most doctors I've been to. New looking facility.

Went for a doctors appointment at Morton on lansing and Amber Jones NP,Jorge Lpn and Erica the student nurse were very awesome and polite i was very impressed by thier professional attitude and kindness
