Superior food and wonderful service! Definitely worth the stop. The portions are large, well seasoned and fresh, so come with an appetite. Make sure you let them know it's your first time for a taste of their delicious fresh gumbo!

Excellent!! Best food yet. Stacey has special dietary needs and was told by the chef to order anything on the menu and he would make it happen!! Wow, so thankful for that. If you go ask for Lexi she is so sweet and helpful .....

An amazing find in a town that has seen busier days. The cheese ravioli is moan-worthy. The crab cakes were crispy and delicious. Highly recommend! Off the freeway and sooo worth it!

I was in town on business and had no idea what to expect. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The service and food was great.

A coworker got the onion rings as an appetizer. They were the best onion rings I’d ever had. I wish I had gotten a photo before we had eaten any. But, I’ll attach what I got.

When I tell you that this was the best experience at a restaurant I have ever had. Staff was excellent and the food was even better I ordered a New York strip medium rare with creamed spinach and a side salad my steak was cooked just right and the creamed spinach was definitely creamy for an appetizer though I had chargrilled oysters were delicious and we had this wonderful flash fried crab claws and deep fried eggplant sticks. first time trying and they were delicious... for dessert we had their special of the day it was a Blackberry peach cobbler melt-in-your-mouth goodness and it's paired with vanilla bean ice cream and it tasted like it was freshly made ....Chef Dion Kinchen is the sweetest came to check on us during our meal to make sure everything was right he did that with everyone in the restaurant.. I can say I am happy and satisfied customer I forgot to get a picture of my steak because it looked so good but I do have pictures of the rest please go and enjoy:):):):):):):):);)

I am in the greater Mississippi area on business and have been looking for a restaurant worthy of praise while here for the month of June.
With old downtown McComb as the canvas, this elegantly designed interior creates a wonderful contrast to enjoy your evening with friends and family.
They've by far exceeded my expectations in many ways. The friendly & knowledgeable staff and attention to detail on each plate, inevitably gave way for an experience where each bite was as delicious as the last.
April, our server was truly a delight too!
We enjoyed the Ravioli and Crab Cakes as an appetizer which were outstanding. Our main course was the prime filet with twice baked potato and salad. There were 4 in our party and each one of us had the filet cooked to the perfect temperature. This will not be my last visit as the experience was too great not to have again!

Wonderful local restaurant serving upscale southern staples. My pork loin, mashed potatoes and field peas were delicious! I will definitely be back for dinner next time I am in town.

Everything was delicious... from the perfect croutons and homemade salad dressing to the awesome steaks and piping hot potatoes . Our waitress, Carley, was superior. And we thoroughly enjoyed our visit with the owner, Mr. Lloyd Kinchen, about his previous establishments that we visited in Hammond and Indepenence, Louisiana.

New York Strip and Speckled Trout. Great food and Excellent service as usual. Never a bad experience in 10 plus years. I would put our restaurant in Mccomb up against any in New Orleans.

We had a road trip lunch. Great catfish plate and shrimp poboy. White tablecloths, three big dining areas and bar. Owner working with staff and meeting customers. Very nice.

McComb Mississippi’s hidden jewel ! Great food , great service and wonderful atmosphere ! It’s a must try if you are in the area ! The gumbo is outstanding as are the steaks and salads !

Always excellent! Good selection of wine to choose from. Also, one of my top 5 steak places, and they have great tuna as well. I've visited multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The chef/owner will always make sure your taken care of as well, walking around and greeting people and making sure everything is perfect to their desires. I would highly recommend, even if it is an hour or more drive, worth it!

The Caboose restaurant provided us with a wonderful experience. Our dinner was delicious. The crab cakes were the best I have ever eaten and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Dessert was great both for taste and presentation. My creme brûlée came with a “Will you marry me message! “. The staff helped my boyfriend surprise me with a special proposal. I highly recommend this restaurant. It provides a pleasant atmosphere, very efficient service, personable staff and owners , in addition to a very satisfying menu. We are from the New Orleans area and will certainly be returning!!!!

Our dining experience was fabulous! The service provided by our server, Dylan, was impeccable. The food was exquisite...the bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp appetizers were phenomenal, everything on the seafood platter was superb, the steak was perfect, and the maple bourbon ice cream was indescribably delicious.

Friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We had the seafood ravioli and crawfish bisque for appetizers and would definitely recommend. We definitely will be back!!

have lived many places before he retired. This restaurant is fine dining at it's finest. The biggest, tastiest soft shell crab I have ever seen/tasted,the steak was to die for, so was the house dressing..We will be back .....soon☺ Can't wait to take family/friends that visit us to this exceptional restaurant ! Our waiter was a pro !

Almost a year has passed so I decided to give The Caboose another try. I'll have to say that the food quality has improved significantly. My steak was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Our appetizer was the fried crab claws which were absolutely excellent. The salad was top quality as well. Our waiter, Albatar was EXCELLENT!!! Super nice and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. I'd like to thank him for making our experience even better. Overall, The Caboose has improved dramatically and we will be patronizing them from now on.

Amazing meal at every turn. Attentive staff, great bar selections. Every dish was cooked to perfection and plated beautifully. My steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We had a lovely time, and would repeat again.

If I could have given this restaurant a 10 star, I would have!! This place was AMAZING! My husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, the service and the quality and attention to detail that the owner and the staff have at this place. First, the owner, Mr. Lloyd Kitchen, was so attentive to the guest it was shocking. I witnessed him personally greet the guest at every table. He takes a lot of care to the preparation of every meal. He really made you feel like you were a guest in his home eating at his dinner table!! Secondly, the awesome staff!!! Gabriel was our server and he was very sweet and attentive to our needs. He also brought heated towels to table so we could clean our hands! We also talked with Carly, who was equally just as warm and friendly. Thirdly, and most importantly, the FOOD, was DELICIOUS!! I mean from the freshly made yeast rolls, to the most tender double cut pork chop and the BEST ceasar salad I have eaten in my life!! Everything was freshly prepared and you could taste it. Now, it's a little pricey, but you don't just get a meal, you get an awesome experience! It was our first time there, but it will not be our last. If you are visiting McComb, check out there best kept secret, you won't be disappointed!!! I can't wait to go back!
