This gym is a family. Brian and Krystin push each person to be their best and make it fun too. Whether you want to get in shape, learn a new skill, or just be a better you, come give the classes a try. Kids too!

This gym has quickly become my home and my family. All of the teachers are knowledgeable and willing to do whatever they can to help you on your fitness, Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, or MMA journey. We work hard and make each other better every day!

BWMMA has a great team there. From kickboxing to kids BJJ, to the adult BJJ classes. Brian and Krystin really enjoy teaching and seeing students progress. I've seen alot of timid kids grow and become way more confident in social settings (including one of mine).

I absolutely love this gym! The members and teachers are family. The teachers push us to exceed what we feel like we can do each and every class. I am so thankful to be a part of this gym!

Great small town gym with awesome owners! If you like to get your fitness on and aggression out at the same time, they have great fitness kickboxing classes. If you want your kid to handle the school bully with ease and not even have to throw a punch, get them started in the youth jiu-jitsu program. They have awesome adult jiu-jitsu and mma classes as well that will teach you self defense and get you in shape like nothing else can.
