The staff is very knowledgeable and they are professional. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They work hard to get us out as quickly as possible.

Javonte was very nice and knowledgeable. He definitely went the extra mile to help us with multiple issues and never made us feel like we were asking for too much or like he was annoyed at how long it took to take care of us.

I visit this store often and Jo and her associates are awesome. Always willing to go above and beyond. She always is super friendly courteous professional and looking out for the customers. If ever a bad review comes in it’s not because of her or staff there. She has always put customers first because she is a Verizon professional. Always a pleasure to enter this store. Hats off to Jo and staff.

This review is based on my experience with the Edenton, NC store.
Let me start by saying that I have visited many phone stores over the years, but this experience was by far the best I’ve ever encountered.
The person that gets very high recognition on this service experience is Jo Ward. She was totally amazing in that I could tell right away that she is highly experienced in this field. Jo is very customer friendly and knowledgeable. I wish there were more people in this field that are as passionate and welcoming as she is. I will continue to do all of my Verizon business at this location.

Jo was fantastic. Like some of the other reviewers, I have been to a good number of Verizon stores over the years and this was by far my best experience. Jo knows the products and how to get you set up and ready to use your phone.

My experience with the Verizon team in Edenton was Awesome . Each team member were very polite, patience, kind, carries positive attitude, and knew their job well. A young lady helped my friend and me, her name started with a T. She was awesome. We were there for over 3 hours with a new phone issue. The problem is still not resolved but she was professional, helpful, and very patient to both of us with separate issues.

The young lady at Verizon Bridget was so very helpful in assisting me with setting up my replacement phone. I trie for 1day and a half with no luck doing what the paper work asked sge made it look so easy but she also knew what she was doing. THANK YOU BRIDGET you were awesome
