My experience with Bowser Family Funeral Home after losing my mother was exceptional! Losing my mother was by far the hardest thing to have to deal with. They literally took care of everything. They were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, truly caring, & very informative. They def go above & beyond. It still touches my heart that they took such good care of her & my family too for that matter. I'm forever grateful ❤

I am perfectly happy with all the services that Bowser Family Funeral Home provided for my Mother. They helped each step of the way. They never put their will above ours. They were very professional and made the process that we went through easier to deal with. They are still providing emotional support as we’re still dealing with our grief. I highly recommend their services when you’re dealing with the DASH of a love one!

The Bowser Funeral Home Family was very helpful, kind, considerate and accommodating during the planning of our Mother’s funeral service and during the service as well. Also, they have been very helpful afterwards with all the necessary notifications and other details.

Very sweet and caring people. They give 110% during a terrible, motional time. The folks here goes the extra mile to make sure not only your loved one is taking care of but the family too. I received followed up calls and text to make sure that not I was doing ok, but to make sure I had the needed documentation for my Mom accounts.

Brian and Elizabeth were wonderful and caring during the difficult time of losing my mom. They were there for me every step of the way even though we were from out of town. I highly recommend them.

Bowser Funeral Home made one of the most difficult times of my life as comforting as possible. They sat down face-to-face with our family, offering assistance in every avenue of planning services with compassion and care. They were quick to answer messages and calls and were very helpful in offering solutions to our concerns and answers to our questions. Since the service in October 2022, they have sent messages checking on me and our family. They have made us feel genuinely cared for as a family. If and when funeral services are needed again, I will most definitely be utilizing their expertise.

Bowser Family Funeral Home did a great job with my grandma’s service.They have also kept in touch with us since, just checking to make sure we don’t need anything. It’s never easy to go through this process, but they have definitely helped make it more bearable.

These people are the kindest loving people I have dealt with in along time they went above and beyond what they had to when my sister-in-law passed from this world. As we all know that is a grieving time for a family and they seemed to know what we wanted before we asked and they followed up with us when it was all over and do still ever so often. I would recommend them to everyone in that situation.

Kind, caring, and respectful service throughout all phases of the handling of our daughter’s remains and in returning her to us. The facility is clean and well appointed and we were so graciously treated by both Brian and Stacey even though we were from out of town. They truly went above and beyond in helping us to honor her passing and I highly recommend their services.

Everyone at Bowser Family Funeral Home were very professional and caring. We were not rushed in any way nor were we pushed to purchase anything we felt was not needed. I especially liked the website they had for the family members to keep track of what still needed to be done and to upload pictures for the slideshow. They even took pictures of the flowers and accompanying cards so that family members could see who they were from in case the cards were separated from flowers. We didn’t know they did that until after the funeral. They also had all the pictures that were in the slideshow individually posted on the family website so we could download any pictures we might not have.
Everything they did for us was first class. I highly recommend them.

My step father recently passed away and the services were assisted by Brumley Funeral Home, Broken Bow. I cannot say enough good concerning Brian and the staff. Professionalism was exemplified in each step of preparation for final services. From selection of the casket, to the final graveside service, our dad was given exceptional care. I actually dreaded the portion where finances are discussed. My mom and step dad had burial insurance. I was expecting to see a lot of additions to get more money from us. As a pastor, I have experienced this type treatment toward survivor families. Not so with Brumley. Brian accepted the insurance at face value, and made no attempts to solicit other funds. I was amazed! I would not hesitate to refer anyone needing end of life care, to the services of Brumley Funeral Home.

Bowser Family Funeral Home showed invaluable support to the loss of our mother. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness/kindness/support we received. The text messages afterwards were a personal touch which genuinely were appreciated not just a business transaction.
