Great experience. The mechanic found a problem that was impacting the overall performance of my truck. I was called to review what was found before the repair seeking my approval. Now my 1998 Ranger runs so much better than it has for the past 2 years. I will be back as needed. They all did a great job.

I had a wonderful experience working with this dealership. The sales person Brandy was perfect. I called in there about a vehicle I saw on the internet while I was at work. I went there that afternoon, signed all the paperwork and they had the vehicle ready for me and I took it home that night. I was in the office for less than an hour. It was seamless. Not to mention the vehicle that I got is exactly what I wanted, what I needed and I put a couple of extra dollars in my pocket every month because my payment was much less than the vehicle that I traded it in! Thank you Brandy and all the team that helped get me my new family vehicle. We love it!

My engine block had a crack in it leaving me without a vehicle. Thankfully still had extended warranty in place that covered towing & replacement w/$100 deductible. Doug Henry was so helpful: had me have towing company tow SUV that same afternoon to them. They ran warranty down & got work approved & ordered engine/parts. Meanwhile had them replace lugs & 4 tires. Everyone was polite & most helpful to me. I had my car back on the road within a week (other dealers couldn’t even look at the job needed in that time!). Highly recommend Doug Henry Ford—know I won’t go anywhere else for servicing!

Overall great, quick and easy experience. Brandy was awesome to work with on the sales side. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and engaged in conversation while going through the paperwork process. Several team members also multi-tasked during the deal to help me source a trailer locally so that I could take the vehicle home the same day. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

There were no available flights to the Greenville NC airport (Closest airport to the Farmville NC dealership), so I had no choice but to fly into the second closest airport of Raleigh Durham.
Brandy Van Horn drove an hour each way from and back to the Farmville NC dealership to pick me up from the Raleigh Durham airport!!!!
You don't find the same over the top Doug Henry Farmville NC dealership customer care like this nowadays from other dealerships, in fact you don't find this exemplary customer service like this anymore in any industry.
I wish I needed to purchase a gazillion cars from her just to keep giving her the accolades she deserves!
Brandy took the time to setup the Onstar and the corresponding phone app and she stayed later than usual on a Saturday until she was sure that I had everything configured.
Please do yourself a favor and see Brandy when a vehicle purchase is needed!
Also note that sales manager Mr. Creech was great, offered me something to eat while I filled out my paperwork and told me to be careful with the new car before I drove away on my lengthy road trip back home!
