Melissa the Manager is wonderful. She was patient and understanding with me. She set me up in store with a new plan and new phone cheaper than what I had on prepaid. 10/10 recommend Melissa and her store!

Melissa and Peter were so friendly knowledgeable and helpful!! They helped me set up my new prepaid device and got me the essentials to go with it for a good deal.

Both employees that helped me while purchasing my new iPhone 15 were great. I enjoyed the conversation while I waited the 45min did not even feel that long. I have been a long time customer with AT&T this was by fare the best experience I have had.

Went in to get new phones our rep Connie was amazing not only did she get us new phones and accessories, she was able to get us logged back into email account that no one had been able to do for months. She is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Go to Weatherford AT&T and ask for her you won’t be disappointed!!!! Connie Edward’s should be a manager!!! Connie Edwards was an awesome help in resetting my email password. She was extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend her to any of my friends.

Connie was incredible! We had a bunch of issues from our other carrier and her and the team spent hours resolving all of them.

I think the managers name was Mellisa. Super helpful in going over my account and updating my plan to better fit me and lowered my price too.

I needed a new phone and am definitely a low-tech person. The store rep (Sean) was extremely helpful in selecting a phone that meets my needs, setting up my account, and answering my questions in simple terms that even a low-tech person can understand. Outstanding customer service!

If you are needing a phone or any type of service, Erika is very professional and knowledgeable. I spent a little over 2 hours in there for two phones and a watch and she helped me and several other customers at the same time. I had two very nice new working phones and a watch before I left with a name and number for her if I have any questions! Highly recommend!
