The facility is definitely doing some great improvements and I look forward to continuing employment here. The new administration is growing and making many adjustments

Activities were fun and the food trucks were is delicious

Got a chance to meet some of the staff and tour the facility. Very nice!

I have felt blessed to have such a facility local to our hometown.

The staff has always been so kind and responsive.

They have had events for the clients where we were invited and it felt like it was a bunch of old friends getting together. The clients seemed to really enjoy it.

My sweet mother has developed dementia, and requires “ around the clock care”
This is our “ local” facility, and I chose it mostly for the convenience of being able to visit my mother daily. I made the right choice! From the director down to the nursing assistants everyone there has shown a true concern for my mother. I would recommend this facility 100%

The location was clean Inside and out.nice
And bright in the sitting room. Our friend has been given good care so far. Lots of employees there to keep things done. All was vinVery nice snd helpful. Very surprised after seeing the ratings listed.

I'm just here to support all that work in the medical field. I use to think bad about Nursing staff until I was able to walk a mile in their shoes. Hard workers and deciated to go to go to work every day and take care of others including picking up extra shifts so that the care of others are taken care of. It takes a lot being a care taker. Thank you Pruitt Health for all you do. My Grandfather was gravely ill and your team did everything to make him comfortable. It's no easy job to be a care taker and you guys go beyond measures to help others.

New administration staff is showing new improvements

I have been working for Pruitt 7 years . My status has changed 3 times , there is an opportunity to grow within the company . Currently I am in nursing school to start working as a nurse. And the administration staff (Natashu, DON) has worked with my schedule.

I have been employed 3 months and I like pruitthealth company and I love the staff and residents , especially Natashu turnage (DON).

The clerical staff is friendly and attentive. Not so much for the medical staff. Seems to take a long time to get bedside attention.

The nurse, Samantha is great. She shares information readily. Sonja has been very helpful also.
