CVS

The store is well managed and organized even though staffing is often short. The manager is always helpful and very courteous to the customers. Self checkout is helpful and allows the employees to take care of the other issues when staffing is short. It's easy-to-use if you are competent.

Sometimes when I pop into CVS to grab my meds it’s busy. A lot of the customers are rude and it’s uncalled for. I have watched the staff especially Ms Heather Dean handle these customers like champs. I’m so glad I don’t work retail because I can’t handle the rudeness of people. People should treat people how they would like to be treated.

Recently there has been a major change for the positive. Every time I go in to pick up my meds they are always smiling and ok a positive mood. Heather, Courtney, and the rest of team are always helpful and always deliver superior quick customer service. They have filled multiple expedited scripts for me with no issue.

I have found the pharmacy staff to be quite friendly and helpful. Today I observed one of the staff patiently and calmly handle a particularly difficult customer who seemed to leave very satisfied and better informed.

Didn't have script needed, but called up to the other CVS in town and had it ready there.

Nice large CVS, but wish it had a Drive thru pharmacy.

Sometimes helpful but have been rude at times. Always refuses walk ins for vaccinations even though web page states walk ins welcome.

I wish they would actually let paying consumers use their restrooms. Instead of telling you to go ask the coffee shop next door.
