Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tulsa Downtown Arts District

We had an excellent experience here. The location is in a quaint area and is within a minute or 2 of many popular restaurants. The room, gym, pool, and lobby areas were all very clean. Also, Traycie’s service at the check-in was wonderful. She was very kind and thoughtful. The staff was cheerful and warm. We will definitely return!

Great place to stay if you're traveling to Tulsa for an overnight trip or vacation. The room was amazing, The staff was very informative about the local selection of restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Tulsa on a recent drive across the country. The hotel is like Fort Knox, so no real worries about safety while you're there. We did encounter an aggressive unhoused individual across the street upon arrival, but not towards us. She was cussing and kicking her shopping cart because the wheel fell off.

You have to be buzzed in to get into the lobby for check-in and you need to check-in before being able to access parking in the onsite garage.

The hotel is very clean, which I'm always extremely grateful for. As a Titanium Elite member, we were upgraded to a larger suite, which was set up like a small apartment. Very roomy and super clean. The bed was the perfect balance between plush and firm.

The location was ideal - there are a ton of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. We were tired from being on the road all day, so we opted for Vietnamese takeout and just ate in the room.

The complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Scrambled eggs and bacon were just what we needed before hitting the road again. We also found a nice little coffee shop a few blocks away to grab a couple of matcha lattes on the way out.

I would absolutely stay here again. I'd actually like to make it a point to come back and explore the area for a few days. Great location, great service + clean & comfy rooms. A+ on this one, Marriott.

Friendly staff that are knowledgeable about the surrounding area including restaurants and activities available! Very clean with a great atmosphere! Very comfortable beds and conveniently located downtown in the arts district! Strongly recommended!

It's a nice place to stay if you're in Tulsa hanging out downtown in the Arts District or having an event at the BOK Center to go to. All within walking distance of here. Little expensive, but you only live once. :)

We absolutely love staying here! The staff is always friendly, and ready to go above and beyond to meet your needs. The rooms are well maintained, and the hotel is extremely quiet, which makes for a great nights sleep. The last time we stayed was just before Christmas and the hotel was in the spirit of the season. The next time you are in Tulsa look no further than here for your perfect place to stay.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Tulsa's Downtown Arts District. The location is prime, and it's within walking distance to many of downtown Tulsa's attractions and restaurants.

First of all, the attached parking garage was easy to navigate and it provided a safe space for our vehicle. The entire property is secured by key card, so security was never a question. The elevators were quick and responsive, and navigating the property was easy and straightforward.

The room was perfectly clean and well put together, and the front desk service was friendly and informative. We enjoyed the pool, which felt like it was saline (no smelly chlorine, awesome!). The breakfast was tasty with vegan and vegetarian options as well.

Thanks especially to Kristin and Sarah for the exceptional service and great experience. We highly recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites -Tulsa Downtown Arts District anytime you're traveling through Tulsa. We will certainly plan to stop by next time we're in town

Located in the middle of the arts district, this hotel provides easy walking access to so many dining locations and shops. Free breakfast and a small market gives those staying an opportunity to buy late night snacks or drinks.

My family and I had an awesome time at the Fairfield Inn in Santee. The room is super clean. The service was good. The continental breakfast was awesome and the staff was so courteous and concerned also love the chocolate chip cookies that they have prepared for us every day, we would definitely be going back again continue to go to work and thank you

This is a nice hotel in the Arts district. Parking is available but so is street parking (enforced M-F 8-5) if you are only staying a night or on a weekend. Staff were all friendly. Heated pool. And very walkable to bars, lounges, parks, and restaurants.

Stayed here on a few occasions and won’t stay anywhere else downtown! The BEST possible location for walking to both Cains Ballroom and Tulsa theater (Brady). Very secure building, parking garage, super friendly staff, beds are pretty soft which is the only thing I can really say negative about the room. Will stay again soon! Makes going out to shows that much better with the 2 minute walk back to our room!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean. Right in the heart of downtown Tulsa. They let us check in early after a storm came through the night before, which took out power to more than half of the area. Assisted with finding places to eat later in the evening when most places were closed. Very good experience at this hotel!!

I booked directly and they were very friendly. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Checking in was very easy as was finding the room. It wasn't too noisy which was fantastic. Breakfast was great. They had a variety of foods.

Great time. It was very quiet 🤫 I loved that. The hallways was humid but the room the shower and how quiet it was made up for that. A little disappointed that they did not have anything for people that suffer from celiac disease. I like there Secure parking for 17$ a night. A Few good restaurants is walking distance. But overall I would stay at that location again. Distillery is not too far away, I do not have any need for it but for some that is a plus.

Really enjoyed staying here! The rooms were nice, clean & spacious, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast is quite generous (Waffle maker, cooked eggs, toast, fresh fruit, etc) plus tea is always available from the hot water station. Great wifi & plenty of open space to work in the lobby if need be.

Our stay was a short one, but the hotel was very nice. I liked the fact you had to have a working key card in order to access the floors with rooms. The location in the Arts District was very convenient for walking to nearby activities and eateries. Definitely will be back.

Edited: after spending the night in one of the King sized rooms, a few issues: the a/c blower caused some sinus issues due to the smell of smoke coming from the vents (supposedly a non-smoking room). Also, while the bed was spacious, the mattress was firmer than I normally like. Other than those issues, the room was nice.

Amazing work staff clean rooms, great breakfast, plenty parking spaces. Swimming pool and gym was always clean. Lots of places walking distance for food and entertainment!

Decent accommodation. The gym is 24 hrs which is 💯 for me since I can have an alone time at a later hour. One elevator tho is still broken but it’s okay. I love the location, too. So near to the food places.

The rooms are clean & comfortable. The hotel has great amenities: Netflix, Showtime, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the room, WiFi, a great lounge, a snack bar with items for purchase & continental breakfast!

Location is great, restaurants and shops close by, walking distance.

... and AMAZING customer service. Alex, the cute girl at the front counter, was SO sweet & helpful. She was welcoming, provided great customer service and engaged with us. She really made our stay GREAT!

Stayed here for 3 nights recently. There was a heat advisory in Tulsa so needless to say we escaped to our room for some relief. Our first night the in the room didn't seem very cool and through the night it became warmer in the room. So in the morning I contacted the front desk because we realized the fan was simply circulating warm air. The front desk was very helpful and had a repair man up within 10 minutes and replaced the entire air unit in less than 20 minutes. They then called up about a half hour later to check and make sure the room had cooled down and then comped us the room for the night. I have never had such great service or kind gesture of money back for the night we were without air. Would highly recommend here. Not only for the customer service but also location. We were within walking distance of so many restaurants, bars and areas of interest.

Quiet and comfy! We only stayed one night but I was impressed with the level of security to get into the building and to our room. Check in and out was fast and painless. They do not allow dog's here but I definitely recommend this hotel!
