What made this stay so phenomenal was the quality of the people working at the hotel. Special shout out to front desk maven Raven who is a troubleshooter extraordinaire. I was there with a large group and Raven was able to juggle so much, with humor and smile. She MADE our stay.

It was very nice older hotel you was in walking distance to some of the eatery down there. First time staying close to the BOK event center walking distance wasn t bad at all.

Nice hotel with fresh hot 🍪 🍪 🍪 . The rooms were nice and connected right to the Cox Convention Center. The staff was nice and let us hang out pretty late and accommodated us very well.

My husband and I were in town for an event at the BOK Center. A massive number of people arrived for checkin at the same time. The front desk employees did a phenomenal job of efficiently accommodating new customers.

I would like to mention one young lady whose name is Alecia. Alecia was working the breakfast buffet…BY HERSELF. She kept a smile on her face and addressed all needs as best she could. Some of us felt so sorry for her that we cleaned tables of dishes so that more could be seated. I have no idea why management didn’t transfer someone from another position to help her serving customers. Where was the manager of that section??

To Alecia, we very much appreciate the calm demeanor you displayed while serving your customers. Others would have fallen apart. You are a gem. I sincerely hope management knows how lucky they are that you are employed at Doubletree Downtown Tulsa.

I rarely ever stay in downtown areas due to parking. I can not stand parking garages and heard how much of a nightmare the one there was, so I was very nervous. On a Saturday night, I found free street parking right outside the hotel. I made sure to secure all of my belongings out of view. So I feel like we got super lucky not to pay the $25 parking fee. We grabbed our bags and headed into the lobby. It was beautiful and super fancy. My 7 year old was obsessed. He was bummed because you had to pay extra to stay on the higher floors, and we were only going to be on the 7th floor. But he was excited because they had a pool. We made our way up to the room, and as we opened the door and went in, we realized the room was already occupied. It was so embarrassing. To top it off, the lady said, "Wow, good thing no one was having sex in here" right in front of my kiddo. I said to him, "She said six people there are six people in there." And we went back down to the lobby. The hotel was very apologetic, and Lauren, Amberlyn, and their younger male manager (forgot his name) took extremely good care of us. They knew how much my son wanted a higher floor, so they upgraded us to the 17th floor in a city view room!!!! And double beds instead of 1 king. They also gave us complimentary breakfast!!! They went above and beyond. The best service I have had in a hotel since COVID. (And the sweet man at the Coweta hotel). Their breakfast was good. They had a potato, onion, pepper medly that was amazing and fresh fruit. Pancakes were really dry, but that was the worst thing. You can see the hotels' age in places, but honestly, it's a nice place. We had an incident in the pool where I had to stop a group of girls from abusing the chairlift and throwing nice clean towels into the hot tub. They had almost emptied the entire towel rack so others couldn't dry off. These girls were 11, 12, 13, and 14. When I asked them to stop , they told me I wasn't their mother. I told them to go get her. She was at the bar (supposed to be supervising her kids in the pool). Luckily, security was aware and were present when the mom approached because she was just as bad as her daughters. She said her daughters didn't know any better and had apologized. Other guests had witnessed their behavior and their lack of apology. Other than that experience, it was very pleasant. For being downtown and having as many rooms and guests as it does, it was very quiet. The people above us walked heavy late at night but still pretty quiet. There was no sound of emergency services all night like a lot of downtown areas. I will say $4 for a bottle of water at the little snack shop is pricey, but I didn't know until after that you could get a bottle of water at the front desk. 😅 That was my mistake. The beds were comfy, and I loved the pillows! Nice big TVs. If you are a bigger person, the bathroom with the toilet and shower are very tiny in some rooms, so beware. I could barely move in there, and I am small. Overall, stay here! As long as you aren't an issue, you will enjoy your stay! We loved it!!!! I even woke up and got a beautiful photo of the sunrise. Thank you for the wonderful and unexpected experience! ❤

Just wanted to take a moment and thank the night manager Dimitri for all of his amazing help with me and my husband's stay.
A little back story we had an emergency crash c-section and our boy was brought to the Hillcrest thats close to the double tree. Dimitri helped us and accommodated us in every possible way he could, and made sure we were completely taken care of so we could focus on spending as much time resting and seeing our sweet boy. I dont think our stay would have been as pleasant or as restful for the both of us with out Dimitri. So we thank you from the BOTTOM of our hearts. If we ever need a hotel again you'll be our first and only choice.

We stayed this Saturday due to us having an issue with another hotel company. They accommodated my family and I last minute! The room was excellent. What I enjoyed the most is that the front desk service and staff were amazing! I also want to thank the hotel porter/guest attendant who helped my mom with her luggage’s! We had a long day and he really went above and beyond. I also would like to thank the staff who went to the other hotel to resolve our situation to accommodate our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, great customer service, and the most delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies provided at check-in.
The Old Fashioned that I enjoyed in the hotel bar was the absolute best that I have ever had. ❤

My Friends went to a banquet at the convention center. I stayed in the hotel. Ordered food from The Made Marketplace restaurant and just... relaxed. Th atmosphere is serene but very classy. Had drinks with several friends at the bar later. Great night.

Service was horrible with Caucasian 45/50 year old Shuttle Driver. Service was horrible in the nearby nail salons.... All 3 I checked.

So short version, I broke a nail working flights and needed it fixed because it hurts to the touch. I have to work another 3 flights tomorrow as a Flight Attendant. I am a beautiful black woman and like to keep it together. I entered the hotel lobby to get an Uber to the closest nail salon. While sitting and waiting, 2 Caucasian men across from me also set and waited for their Uber. There was a hotel attendant pasting the front foyer for about 3 minutes (older Caucasian male). He walked over to the guys sitting across from me and asked if they need a ride somewhere, they answered yes. Without hesitation he told them he'll take them. My mouth dropped wide as they walked out in shock.... Trying to figure out why he didn't offer me the same service. My Uber was pulling up at the same time they were all getting into the Hotel Shuttle.

I get to the salon just to learn no nail tech was present, the attendant there stated she will call to see if one can come out.

Already pissed from 2 misfortunes, the nail attendant tells me the other tech cannot come out. I then called 2 other places... One cannot take me until tomorrow, the other stated they can try to take me as they are busy but it'll be a long wait and $15-$20 for the one ombre nail repair. Sitting out in the 103° temperature, I just ordered another Uber to bring me back to this hotel. Yes, I complained to the front desk but they provided a lame excuse as to why the shuttle driver attendant didn't ask me. Yeah, okay. I feel like I should never come back to Tulsa... Racist or am I reaching? Either way I was disrespected.

This Doubletree in Tulsa was beyond great. Beautiful hotel. All the amenities you would need. Attached restaurant for your convenience. Rooms are clean, great showers and comfortable beds with a wonderful view. One thing that I hate to mention that is a pet peeve...is the drain in shower was slow therefore standing water but I didn't complain because everything else made it easy to deal with. Staff at front desk was professional courteous and a joy. Same as the workers in the restaurant. Even the shuttle driver was wonderful, he had our keys and offered us cookies which I nvr experience. Great time here.

I stayed here over night for a conference. As I checked in, the room I reserved was not available. The staff was so friendly to me. They provided me several options and apologized. This is an older hotel, and the room I stayed in was clean, nice, and quiet. The next morning I ate in the restaurant and the food was prepared well and again the staff was very kind, even though they were slammed with a large group and not enough servers. The front desk staff the next morning were extremely pleasant and made checkout a good experience. I would definitely stay here again when I am in town.

I have traveled professionally for the last 10 yrs... I've stayed at this location many times... had an issue with my booking - and Jim at the front desk was the most amazing help! He was - in all my experiences - the best service I have had! He deserves this shout out! We'll never not stay here as long as he's guest services!!!

This was a magically massive hotel. We visited for a wedding. The check in was easy, and I was given a cookie upon checking in. The parking was included which was sososoooo nice. The food was tasty, the wedding hall was pretty and a bar was conveniently located close. We loved it here. They had a hot tub and pool, breakfast, and coffee/water served in the mornings after breakfast. The bed was massive, the fridge was okay sized (with a hinge broken but still workable), and the entire place felt super clean.
