Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown

The hotel is perfect - centrally located, clean, great little coffee shop, and my room was huge! But I'm really here to write a review for the shuttle service. The hotel provides a free 24- hour shuttle. The driver this morning was so friendly and kind and he made sure I made it to my flight with plenty of time. Highly recommend this hotel! Great people!

They treat you as if it’s a 5 star hotel. The people here know what good service means. It’s an older hotel but I love it. Again the level of service was beyond what I could imagine and everyone was happy to help plus the fitness center was nice. The views were nice. It’s in a convenient location as well. I would highly recommend this hotel if you Visit Tulsa

I stayed here for a business trip and it was a pleasant stay. I don't remember the young lady's name at the front desk, but she was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. I always pull back the sheets to search for stains, hairs and bed bugs. I did not see anything alarming. The bathroom was clean. I opened all towels to look for stains or hairs. All clean there, as well. Overall, I would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa downtown. Guest services was incredible. I just had to text the hotel, and they were very responsive to any of my needs. They’re very kind and very welcoming to me and my family. The club access was a nice touch for a quick bite to eat or snack. The hotel was close to many downtown activities and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Tulsa is a smaller city and the Hyatt appeared to be the top hotel in downtown. Staff was very nice. Hotel was large and appeared to host many things. Noticed that pilots and airline staff use the Hyatt as their main hotel. Saw plenty of them very early in the am. My main complaint would be that the bathroom could use a bit of a touch up. Guest room bathroom was a nice size, but could use a small update or a few repairs to the shower tile, etc. Higher toilets too! Other than that, I was very satisfied.

I stay here anytime I'm in Tulsa. This place is in walking distance to great restaurants, and Hyatt's own restaurant I can highly recommend. I've never had a problem with service, billing, etc. The front desk staff are very professional and do not make you feel like they are doing you a favor. And their rooms are spotless, and everything works. :)

I had an exceptional experience at Hyatt Regency downtown Tulsa. Upon check-in we received a birthday upgrade, complete with a handwritten card from the staff ant check in and breakfast coupons, made me feel truly special. The staff's helpful and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive stay. The comfortable sheets in our suite provided the best sleep. A memorable and delightful one-night stay with early check in and late check out – definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

We all came from different parts of the country for the wedding of our niece. Services provided were excellent. Nick in the restaurant provided superb service. All staff from the driver to the front desk and the cleaning staff etc were excellent people. Two thumbs up.

From before we arrived throughout the duration of our stay and after we checked out the service was outstanding. All the valet staff, especially Thomas, was so friendly. Dale was so accommodating and helpful. All the bartenders and front desk staff we awesome also. Highly recommend only staying here when in Tulsa.

Came down for the WWE convention, had a blast! Check in was great, Destun made sure we were in the right place at the right time! Great food, great show, and great service! Will definitely recommend this hotel for last minute or even early vacation!

We had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency! We had a problem with check in and the security Dale, and the red haired very sweet manager(can't remember her name) went above and beyond to make it right. I'll be staying here anytime I'm back in Tulsa, especially with all the amenities right near by!

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Within walking distance of downtown Tulsa. The service was excellent, thank you!

This review is for the wonderful, safe, efficient experience my airline crew and I had today. Tim (our van driver through Hyatt) was extremely professional and handled an uncomfortable situation with another airline crew extremely impressively. He was attentive to everyone’s needs and did everything he could to make the unique situation right. Additionally, we were all very grateful for his knowledge of the downtown area but mostly, that we had a fantastic ride after a long work day with him. Thanks Tim and Hyatt team who greeted us so warmly during our layover! Go Tim.

Room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. I really enjoyed the on site coffee shop including the healthy breakfast options. You can walk to a few of the tourist attractions and the rest are 10 minutes or less by car. Good restaurants within walking distance as well. There is a free airport shuttle.

Awesome hotel in a great location. The parking is very easy and reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly friendly and the room service breakfast was tasty. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Stayed here the week of July 24 for conference. Free shuttle from the airport and the driver was quite fun and gladly answered questions. Very welcoming and friendly staff, from check-in, housekeeping and other employees we came across. All helpful and accommodating. Our room near elevators was handy with no noise from traffic. Nice gym and pool. Posted quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM which was well appreciated! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have a small snack area in the lobby and another convenient store nearby. Their Daily Grill restaurant is very good; we ate there a couple times during our stay. If we had to come to Tulsa again, would definitely stay here again!

Was traveling for a work meeting had the pleasure of meeting one of your new staff named Destun! My husband had made late reservations and he did great with us helping us!

My daughters, my grandchildren and I make an annual Christmas trip to Tulsa to attend the Nutcracker and visit family. I knew when we booked this year that the adjoining Regency was full for the weekend. I was happy to score even a 2 queen room for the 5 of us, as nothing else was available, even months ago.

Then, my brother died on Wednesday.
Unwilling to abandon the much needed trip but unable to make it on Friday night, I reached out to Kaylin Reames and Andrew Hargis (front desk and hotel managers). They responded immediately, assuring me that they would accommodate us
Saturday night even tho they have not been accepting reservations for weeks.

Christmas is an emotional time and this trip means the world to us. Christmas joy was nowhere on the radar Wednesday afternoon but a ray of hope appeared because of the way Hyatt Regency Tulsa handled this situation- outside the box and beyond reasonable expectations.

These managers transcended every corporate rule of thumb to help a customer in an unbelievably difficult situation and it means the world to us.

Awesome hotel and experience. The room and facilities are very clean. The hotel is pet friendly but nothing smells like dog! I would definitely stay again and feel very comfortable here. Thank you.

I booked this hotel for my family reunion! My family and I were pleased with everything from the bellman to the front desk! Victor and Thomas were our guys!!! They took good care of everyone that drove up! Very kind Men! Wish we could get that service around the world!!

The hotel was clean! The rooms were excellent! When we needed towels, blankets, etc..housekeeping was right there! EVERYONE WAS GREAT!!!

The hotel staff were phenomenal! Kiel Miller was my coordinator for my reunion and he went above and beyond to make sure my Family was OK. We are planning many more reunions at this hotel!
