Since moving to Oklahoma I have gone here. I have really bad anxiety, especially when it comes to doctors and nurses. I always felt unheard, overlooked, or treated like I was just being over dramatic. But coming here I’ve been taken seriously with my medical concerns, they are so kind and thoughtful. They truly listen, and you don’t find that often. Rachel was my RN, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone with social anxiety. The wait time after you’ve checked in is super fast. Won’t wait longer than 5 minutes before you’re brought back to your room. I’ve had a medical concern be overlooked for 3 years and they took me seriously the first time. I’ll always be grateful for that.

I had felt sick enough to go see my primary care and was prescribed antibiotics. After a week or so, I was still not well. I called and left a message for my doctor. Her nurse returned my call and said that stronger antibiotics were prescribed. My digestive system was already negatively reacting to the first set of medicine so I went, instead, to the Surrey Hills urgent care. Toni listened, asked me if they could run lab tests, found out what the real problem was. I did not need any more antibiotics. She explained my situation and got on the road to recovery. Changing over to Toni as my primary care doctor.

I rarely get sick but when I do I have always used this clinic. Dr. Pratt has always accurately treated everyone in our family. Today I didnt arrive until 5ish feeling miserable and they got me right in, treated me and thanks to them I'm already feeling better! The only doctor I see or want to ever see! In addition to this I have never had bad service from the front desk, they are all great!

My daughter woke up sick so I took her here as the Surrey Hills location was close and convenient. In our rush to get there, I forgot my daughter's insurance info. The receptionist helped me look it up online. Very helpful. We were seen quickly and all the staff were incredibly personable and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love this place! Toni and all the staff are so kind and sweet. We have never had an issue with anyone there. And we have been going there for 3 years now. Toni is truly a lifesaver and we could never thank her enough for what she did for my husband. He wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for her.

Tony is the absolute best! She’s sooooo kind & truly cares about her patients! My whole family will be going here from now on. Plus they are good about getting you an appointment quickly. THANKS!!!

My girlfriend was seen at this facility and everyone was so caring. We were greeted with kindness By the staff. Prompt service was given even the times we walked in. Most places don’t even see same day so waiting our turn to be worked in is not a problem at all. Definitely recommend!

Very professional, courteous, caring practice. Listen and gather everything they need to know in order to provide the patient with the care they need. Highly recommend them. My NP was Toni and rest of staff is great.

My children and I have been patients of Antonia Pratt's for a few years now. Late one evening last fall, my teenage daughter suffered from what appeared to be a heart attack. Due to the lengthy distance from our house to the hospital and her inability to breathe, the ambulance had to transport her. Upon our arrival at Baptist hospital they began the normal assessment. After hours of testing, monitoring and waiting the hospital and its team was unable to produce a definite diagnosis. Like any concerned mother would, I wanted answers. I called the clinic and made an appointment the Monday following the E.R. visit. A very polite Nurse Practitioner named Antonia Pratt (Toni) was able to diagnose and name what an entire medical team could not. Our teen daughter suffers from COSTAL CHONDRITIS. With a minor amount of pain medication and some rest our daughter is back to normal. Thank You Toni

They were fast and kind. I have 3 kiddos and they scheduled them to get all their well child checks knocked out at once which was a huge convenience! I've also have taken my kids here when they have been sick and the illnesses were accurately diagnosed and treated!

Great experience at this office. Great physician and staff. I’m considering switching to them from the physician I’ve seen the last 18 years because I’m so impressed with their service.

I had a wonderful experience here. I brought my baby for vaccines and couldn't have been more happy with their services. Doctor's and nurses were kind.
