Bristow Family Practice and Urgent Care

Thoroughly professional office, great staff, clear billing. Dr. DeMarco is wonderful and compassionate. My family have all had great care here and I strongly recommend both the family practice and urgent care!

I’ve used this practice for years. They run smoothly and I never have to wait long. The care we’ve received has been great.

Horrible, my husband showed up at 11:45 because he hadn't felt well. They said they weren't seeing patients until 1, so he was going to just wait. He hates going to the doctor, so the fact he even was a miracle. He got there, and they were rude and short with him. I'm not sure how this place is even still running.

You have no record of him because he decided to leave after waiting 45 mins and go to another urgent care. He got right in and taken care of. Either be an urgent care or doctors office because its obvious this place is unable to do both. Any normal urgent care I've been to has set hours and rotating lunches, so they can see patients during all hours of operation. Also, I really like Holly, nothing against her, she is AMAZING!! But we won't be back and will not be switching to this office as our PCP.

My husband came in screaming of pain after he fell on ice. He had a hard time straightening put his leg. They kept telling him to “hurry up” and “we don’t have all night.” And every time he screamed in pain they laughed. At one point a nurse tried to push his knee down. Only when they took the ex ray and found that his hip was broken that they starting being nice to him. If you don’t like your job and treat people this way then you don’t need to be a nurse. Worse hospital ever!!!

This place is a joke. I was trying to get a covid test done because my work required it or I couldn’t come back in, they told me because my sister who lives with me has it that I was positive by association and said they didn’t have a lot left. Had to find a cvs close enough to go have one done and I was negative. What a joke. Will never go here.
