I went there to exercise...first visit. Last visit. I feel all the targeted areas today. I took a free and she loved it. U must wrk up to the right position it more toning and I feel it. It is working. I am not in pain back of my legs the fat in my arms stretching my arms a little at a time it's working but I need to lose weight and tone. I enjoyed the knowledge the explanation for each positions but yea I need to lose weight I feel and then do that. My friend is not in shape but she loves it a sign up... with her health insurance plan. Plus they have deal and you come in as you need to. 5 times a month 8 times a month check it out Tori is a good instructor/teacher. Gentle everyone is at their own pace. No stress in trying to compete or feel bad. The environment is clean staff friendly. A lovely friendly dog comes in and say well done great job.
The dog is clean... ps if you can't do the positions the modify it. Check them out I am a senior citizen and it's a great place to feel safe and cared for. If u 👀 toning up seniors and we do this is a place to check out. They don't push u to buy.. push them lovely cookies on u. Now what let's get tone-up seniors. They use this ball u lean on it felt good and the rings to stretch with.. and weights... 2pound.. the stretching felt good.
My goal is to lose weight your might be to stretch and can teach u the proper way to do that my bottom is smiling.. I am feeling the lift. Lol. I forgot to snap a pic.

Was here to go to Tuesday Morning. Love this store for gifts and home decor, some arts and crafts, even pet toys.

I use the drive up pharmacy at the Walmart and love not having to get out of my car.
The pharmacy techs are great and always so friendly.

Be sure to eat at Umberto's. It's the best pizza in Tulsa.

Friendly people with decent prices

I love how much these guys look out for their customers. If you want, you can just do curbside pickup and not even go inside the store, but the store is open if you would prefer to go in. I really appreciate not having to go into the store, so please keep that up. They also have a huge selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Very friendly staff and good prices. I pass up at least 2 other liquor stores to get to them, and its well worth it.

Great selection of beer, wine, and liquor. If one is looking for a specialty liquor, they likely will have it.

Walmart neighbor hood market. Been there from the time it opened. Great Pharmacy and great people.

I visit primarily the Walmart Neighborhood Market. If you find good parking, it is easy to get into and out of the lot. There also is a Subway that's available for a quick bite. My favorite is the meatball sandwich with no extras added ..........yum! It would be nice if more shops were added to the area.

It was really nice and clean. Amazing selection. The biggest liquor store I've ever been in. I don't drink but my friend loved it.

It's a shopping center. It has many good stores in it. It has been here for decades. Still, the parking lot does not reflect It's age. Not much more to say.

Fun selection of local restaurants and shops. Ok Cookie Monster does primarily custom orders but also has a walk-in bakery. Bird and Bottle is a new restaurant tucked into the corner where the Alley used to be. Ranch Acres Liquor Store is an anchor shop of the center. They have excellent customer service and an amazing selection.

Anytime I can take my mom for bisquts and gravy is a great day, fast friendly clean, we enjoyed our breakfast ❤

The Neighborhood Walmart is my go to for getting in and out fast! There is a Tuesday Morning there which is fabulous and I've heard great things about a cookie shop called OK Cookie Momster. I've got to try it soon.
