Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa West - Sand Springs, an IHG Hotel

The front desk staff was awesome. Debbie made us feel right at home and she always had a smile on her face. I hope she's there next time we book.

They take a little time to bring out more food for breakfast but its definitely delicious! Rooms are clean with great showers! Dove soap and lotion in the room with a great view of the pond outside!

Great hotel to stay over night while traveling.
Nice and clean hotel, dog friendly, coffee maker in the room, breaks in the mornings, refrigerator in the room.
Comfortable beds, good working AC units. Quiet and very clean.

The staff is amazing. Samantha at the front desk always is welcoming, and assisted with anything we need! From a special cleaning schedule because I work in the room, to warm cookies baked perfectly, to greeting me and my dog by name every single time she saw us! No matter the request she was there! The clean staff was always happy and understanding as well. Thank you for making our stay amazing! I truly felt at home.

It also doesn't hurt that the hotel is one of the cleanest i have ever stayed in! totally recommend it!

Great view good food near within walking distance rooms our nice if it in the Tulsa area for the week I would recommend driving the extra 10 to 15 minutes into Sand springs to

We were in town (Tulsa, Oklahoma) for the Black Wall Street Rally. While relaxing at the hotel, we were able to enjoy outside on the front and back patio. The staff was hospitable, professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, our rooms were great, and the walk-in shower was excellent.

I stayed here for two nights about two weeks ago with two other women. We were each able to have our own bed within the room. The manager was incredibly accommodating. The facility was very beautiful and well-kept. I travel frequently for the ministry that I am working for and if needed, would stay here again.

One of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. Loved the rooms… clean, fresh and very comfortable! Great desk/workstation to do work on your laptop… best setup I’ve seen at any Holiday Inns. They have a Keurig in the rooms but they also had fresh coffee at 4:30am in the lobby. Breakfast was great… even had REAL bacon one morning. Beautiful view of the lake with a fountain at the front entrance. I thought this was a new hotel but it’s about 4-5 years old. It’s so clean throughout.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice! The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only nit picks I have are not all the sanitizer dispensers were filled, and the conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom were low and ran out on our second night (no big deal, as we brought our own sanitizer, conditioner, and shower gel anyway).

Overall, this is hotel is definitely worth the stay.

This place is so nice, clean, and quiet.
It's close to food, Walmart is across the street, good location, a pretty view and friendly staff. You really can't ask for more. My honest opinion not a paid review, this is one of the nicest hotels to stay at. Thank you!

We are here in Oklahoma due to our son in law passing, the stsy here so far is wonderful the staff is great very attentive, kind. The hotel is clean , bed is comfy. We will stay here again next time we visit our daughter. Would recommend for others also.

Absolutely wonderful. Used points to stay second night. Could only get double queen room using points so Samantha the GM for this property upgraded us to a king. Breakfast was wonderful as always. Definitely will stay here next time we are in Tulsa.

Great stay, we were here for 2 nights. The afternoon FDA was great and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and fresh.

Why does the parent company not allow employees to sit? It hurts MY back to see the poor folks at the front desk bent at the waist to use the computers. It seems cruel. Especially when the employee is taller than five feet.

Delicious Breakfast! The location is peaceful and convenient to anything you need to do in Sand Springs. Located right off 412, there are several options for eating nearby. The staff is courteous, professional, and helpful. The breakfast staff are on the ball, keeping the items hot and fresh for guests! I definitely recommend.

Excellent care and compassion from entire staff!! My sister is ill and I needed a room for an extended stay. Not only was I accommodated with a peaceful room, every day/evening upon my return the staff would ask me, “How is your sister?” Most times, “How are you?” That meant so much to me being so far away from my home. Whatever I needed was made available to me. Great breakfast, coffee etc. I Thank you Melissa and Samantha!

This new hotel is amazing! Very nice, comfortable yet very contemporary rooms including a office desk space for you to work from your room with so many outlets and USB ports! Staff is super friendly and accommodating making you feel right at home. Breakfast in the morning had plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and make this a permanent place when visiting Tulsa/Sand springs area. Also so convenient to restaurants and highway. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great 1st impression in lobby and room. Especially after staying at different hotel chain in Rogers, AR. Located right off the highway that we drove in on. Lots of nearby restaurants some close enough just to walk over. The River Walk park is nearby and we went there for a morning walk. Internet worked just fine and good TV reception and channel choices. Plenty of plugs for tablet and phones. Very good brunch breakfast in morning.

Wonderful hotel with modern decor. The staff there is absolutely awesome! Only hiccups I had were room keys that didn't seem to be activated (which after a long drive, it can be a hassle), another guest accidentally booked in the same room after me (in which the front desk had fixed it and had notified me of the situation), and the fire dept. coming by due to some bacon for the continental breakfast being too fatty and causing a bit of extra smoke. The latter is a bit humorous now after the clerk at the front desk had let me know of the reason (can't recall his name, but he was on staff on a Tuesday in mid to late June), but it was a bit concerning when considering on whether it was either a smoker, prank, or an actual emergency (had a similar experience many years ago at another hotel where a smoker had set off the smoke alarms).

Service was awesome. Super friendly staff. The lobby and my room were clean. The furnishings were modern and new. My only knock would be they need to find someone else to fills out the preregistration key cards. So illegible.
